To please Rayquaza, give him money daily, and you will be saved from the evil underworld leader, Magikarp, spreading up everywhere.

Commandment Four:

The pope of Rayquaza can smite you and you will be shot with hyper beam, then I will point and laugh at you.

Commandment Five:

Any negitave things like bad rep or being mean to me or Rayquaza will result in instant smitenment, also being mean to my friends will result in the same thing.

Commandment Six:

Rayquaza rules the world, and I am the co-ruler, any opposing of us will be
smited
