+3 made an inaccurate observation, = merely pointed out that +3 has an almost unusual fascination with manga, not that there's an age limit, but that most people her age aren't usually in tune with mangas. +3 is not at an age where liking manga is wrong, weird, etc..

+ doesn't appear to have +2 on their contact list.
