Appearance: Tyler is a generally handsome man, he stands at arounf five foot eleven inches, so he's a bit short for his age. He has platinum blond hair, it's rarely seen as he usually wears a black beanie hat over the top. He likes to wear a grey hooded jacket over then top of either a jet black or white and grey striped shirt. He is usually seen wearing jeans but sometimes he wears tracksuit bottoms, usually black, grey, white or navy blue.​

Personality: As a child Tyler was always a smart-alec and used to downgrade his parents just becuase they couldn't get into university when they were younger and ouldn't afford to send Tyler to university either. Now Tyler is older and more mature he has used his smartness to help himself out of sticky situations. Which he often gets himself into.​

History: Because Tyler's parents didn't let him go to university, ruth fullness has become part of Tyler, hid old big heart that longed for anything cute and cuddly was ripped away from him; and a new one formed one that sees him like the destruction of anything cute and cuddling and now his heart tickles when he sees the most ugly of things. This is why he must join Team Amythest.​

Appearance: Nicholas has a mop of blonde hair that is spiked up with jel it stands up straight and has a few hairs lean a tiny bit down on his forehead. He has blue eyes, which are about a average size you would find.(He usually wears a pair of sunglasses so you won't see them often) He has a grey hoop in his right eyebrow. His head is round shaped, his nose and mouth are average and he has an extremely gruff looking face with many hairs not shaved. He also smokes so you can see a cigarette with him usually with a trademark scowl that is usually plastered over his face.

He has a slightly tanned skin and a well muscled build. He stands at around six feet. He wears a white wife beater. He has a few tatoos on his arms (One a red Dragon, another a pair Dice). He has various scars visible on his arms (Each from different fights and mainly since his skin scars easily).

After his White wifebeater Nicholas wears a black belt with skull buckle. Underneath his belt Nicholas has a pair of black jeans that hug his waist but loosen up down his legs. They are ripped and worn out in various locations however they look perfectely fine at the bottom before his shoes. Nicholas wears a pair of Black shoes with black laces and white crew socks. As far as accessories go: Nicholas has one silver neclace with a mayan calendar pendant with red coral surrounding it, one silver watch and one ring with a small diamond in it, he currently wears it on his right index finger.

Of course if Team Amethyst has a special uniform on missions Nicholas would wear it. Also during cold weather he wears a black jacket and tuque.

Personality: If you took one look at Nicholas it would scream: Punk that is too stupid for school, doesn't abide by the rules or doesn't have any respect for anybody but himself. Well you got some of it right. Nicholas is generally a bored soul, looking for excitement in his life. In general Nicholas is a bit of a antisocial, prefering to lone away from other people. He is a tough nut to crack, considering the majority of a response you can get from him is a "snarl". He is however very intelligent and easily pre judges others in this case he also doesn't trust anybody easily because he knows better then to do that.

Nicholas also has a very short temper and a smart mouth and this tends for him to get into trouble easily with a lot of people. Nicholas is also bery emotional, though his emotions don't usually get into his thinking patern, they certainly do cause distractions. Nicholas is very independent and likes to work alone, when with a partner he usually tries to do the majority of the work not because he wants to show off more because he likes to consider himself as the "leader". Nicholas in battle is very aggressive, but tactical. He tends to think a litte before he decides to have his pokemon go knock someones brains out.

History: Nicholas had a pretty avearge life when he was younger, except for the fact that his father was off to jail for breaking into cars and other various crimes. Nicholas being antisocial by nature, didn't have many friends as a little boy. When he was about ten years old the court ordered his mother to take herself and Nicholas in to see a counsellor, Nicholas had a little anger problem at school with some local bullies and it didn't end very well for them while Nicholas' mom was an Alchoholic.

So through out the course of Elementary school, Nicholas was left to be his old antisocial self. When High School hit Nicholas found some more interests mainly the fight club, he was doing pretty well getting good grades and he had a couple of friends for once. Nicholas was gullible and stupid for the fact he was too blindsinded for the fact that he had someone "truly" there for him that he was taken into a road full of drugs and street violence. Nicholas always seemed to have a natural sense when it came to fighting so he was a name on the street to be reckoned with. Of course Nicholas continued his education until he heard about Team Amethyst, once he heard about them he decided to join them for their cause.

Appearance: Scythe's appearance is not what you would expect from a normal trainer. He has long spikey hair with the tip of it golden and the rest blac. He wears a long greenish, brown throw back coat that was his father before he dissapeared. He isnt very tall, seeing as how he stands at 5' 5 but he feels he doesnt need height to be a strong trainer although some would argue with that. He also looks very worn out from his travels, because he has been living on the road for quite sometime.

Personality: Scythe is an outgoing, oppurtunistic guy. He is caring and will always help a person in need. He is a good loyal person, and hates to be stabbed in the back. Sometimes he can be to hyper and outragoues for some people to handle.

History: When scythe was 14 his father and him were traveling along some random path in the johto region when they were attacked by a gang of team rocket members. Scythe not having his own pokemon and his father being a pretty well known trainer told scythe to run away and let him handle this. So scythe did as his father wished and ran off into the woods. After a few a hours and not seeing his father, scythe ran back to the spot and saw his father was missing. The only thing left was his jacket. Ever since than Scythe has grown up alone on the streets making friends with people he met, but never really getting far in johto. When he heard about the Ophoore region he decided to see what new things lied there and figured he could use a new start. So off he went to Ophoore, hoping for new experiences and maybe a chance to find his father.

Appearance: Beo is not a tall kid he is only 5 foot 6 and some people dont really think he can handle much at his height. He has a very athletic build though. If you ever see his back you'll see a huge scar that he recieved from a scyther when he was a little boy. Beo's hair is blonde and he usually has it spiked up. The color of his eyes are hazel, and he has a thin beard growing on his chin. The clothes Beo wear usually consist of a Red t-shirt with an unknown symbol on it. He also wears a pair of jeans with a few holes, usually is just wearing a pair of Nike shoes, and Wrist bands on his wrist.​

Personality: Beo is a very fun out going guy, who really just likes to be outside and go on adventures. If you asked him what his goals in life were, he'd tell you that it was to enjoy life and not have any regrets. When it comes to other people he may be to quick to trust them, and at times this has caused him problems. He just can't help it though, it's his nature to find the good in people. The same can be said of his pokemon, he will push them as hard as he can to become the strongest they can be. But if they fail once in a while he won't give up he'll just keep on working.

History: Alot of things have been important in Beo's life, but none more then his older brothers influence on him. His brother was a great Pokemon trainer in Johto but he didn't battle he was a breeder and entered pokemon contests. Beo always would play with his brothers skitty it was a very well trained pokemon. One day when Beo was 12 he had taken Skitty outside while his brother was home on vacation and while playing in the woods, Beo was cut from behind by a wild scyther. Skitty quickly started battling it, before to long his brother hurried out and called skitty back, he didnt like his pokemon battling. Instead he threw a pokeball at the scyther and somehow managed to catch it. Beo was glad his brother always had his back. Beo always wanted to start his journey in johto but he couldn't becuase his brother wanted him to be a coordinator, which Beo did not want to do he wanted to battle, he loved the sheer thrill of watching pokemon go at it. So when he turned 18 he was given an offer to come to the Ophoore region and join Team Topaz. So Beo took there offer and left home.​

Age: 16, His parents are former members of team topaz, and they want jake to follow in their footsteps.​

Appearance: Jake has medium-length blue hair, which goes down to his eyes. His eyes are indeed very strange, since they are two different colors! his right eye is Dark blue, and his left eye is dark green. He is the short and stocky type, weighing 120 pounds but only being 4'8 tall. He is kinda tan, too.​

Personality: Jake is a friendly person who seems to want to make friends alot. He is very shy though, so making friends can be difficult. Jake seems to be a follower more than a leader, Following his friends hoping to keep them and maybe gain new ones. Jake is also very curious, wanting to know everything there is to know. Sometimes he can be funny, but his funny antics got him into trouble at school alot. For example, he would fart in front of the class, hoping to get his friends to laugh at him. Jake is also the kind of person that seems to speak his mind when he feels it needs to be heard. Jake is also a little hot headed, and seems to get ticked off easily, and once he get's mad it is hard to calm him down.​

History:When he was a baby, he seemed to cry alot, and made his parents angry. when he got to the age of four, his brother, Jonathon, Started to pick on him. They often got in arguments and fought, and Jakes parents were tired of it. They Kicked Jonathon out of the house.​

When Jake turned eleven, New neighbors moved in next to them. He quickly became friends with the neighbor kid, named Brendan. Even though the family moved again shortly, they only moved to the other side of town, so on the weekends they stayed at each others houses.​

Soon after, he made many more friends at school. They always talked about pokemon and everything about them. Now Jake is starting a journey of his very own, like he has always wanted!​

Your first contest post will be the appeal round where you dazzle the audience with your spectacular move combinations. You end your post either looking at the board or just after your appeal, but you do not see your score because I will tell you if you pass or not! Your second post will be the battle round where you will battle in two one vs. one timed pokemon battles. The first battle you may choose and win, however, the second battle is automatically vs. the contest finalist (In this case of Beginroot it is Usagi). I will decide if you win or not, but don't worry you will have plenty of chances if you fail because there are more than five contest halls. Watch out though because your finalist will have strong attacks and some egg moves.​

Age: 18

Appearance: Cierra is very sexy pretty in the eyes of many. She stands at about 5'10", being a bit tall for her age, supposedly. Her eyes are a bronze-red, but may sometimes seem chocolate brown. Her hair is a scarlet/crimson red, depending on how you want to look at it, and it is long and straight, ending roughly at her hips. Her chest size is at least a D-cup, maybe even close to being an E-cup (to her dismay; she doesn't really like guys ^^'). Oh, and her weight isn't unreal, I swear. Cierra's dress is black with red outline. She has short gloves, which are also black with red outline. And as for the shoes, they are short black "uggs" with red outlines. OK, not red, but rather scarlet and crimson. This applies to all her clothes.

Personality: In a nutshell, Cierra is klutzy and kind-hearted, but can be a real witch when she gets ticked off enough. But that doesn't follow my own guidelines, so... Although she honestly hates being a klutz, Cierra believes it is what makes her her own self. She tends to trip over things often, usually knocking someone or something down. She also mixes the wrong herbs together and makes a literal "recipe for disaster", but this seldom happens. Overall, she is kind-hearted and loves Pokemon and children. She almost always stays optimistic and never gets angry, unless ticked off enough. Though that seldom happens, when Cierra gets ticked off, her personality becomes real witchy, and sometimes she can't control it. But most of the time, she sings to soothe her anger, even though she doesn't know many songs.

History: As a child, Cierra was quite the troublemaker. Whenever possible, she would look up any woman's skirt/dress (regardless of age), and pull their panties down. She would also reach for places in any man's groin, and often got hit for doing so, though she never got any punishment pulling down a woman's panties. This is a general theory as to how Cierra began to dislike men. But overtime, her parents soon realized Cierra's troublesome demeanor, and sent her off to Ecruteak to become acquainted with the Kimono Girls, so she would become a "lady".

This was a huge mistake, for as soon as Cierra entered the building, she did what she always did, and was soon booted out. After a while of crying, Morty found Cierra in the Burned Tower. He took her into his gym, and although she really disliked men, for some reason she didn't mind being with Morty. While staying with him, Cierra overtime learned to be a bit kinder towards others, and as she matured so did her looks, and soon it was time for her to set out on her own. She chose to stay in Ecruteak, but occasionally traveled to other parts of Johto, and sometimes even to Kanto, so she could take in as many sights as possible. So in other words, Ophoore was perfect for her.

Age: 14, Sergio's big dream was to become a pokemon trainer and he asked his mother to let him start his journey since he was 10 in Johto, but she finally agreed when they moved to the ophoore region beginroot town, Sergio had a pet bronzor which was going to go with

Appearance: He is chubby, has brown eyes, brown skin colour, a not too wide mouth always in for a smile even if too small, he has a rather wide nose, he wears a brown and blue polo, and blue jeans, most of the time his underwear is vissable but it is the same colour as his jeans so no one ever realy notices, he has white sneakers and almost forgot that he has black curly hair, even though he being chubby he is a charm with the girls.

Personality: He is a nice kid who always makes friends with others, he dislikes cocky people, he considers people who are cocky as his rivals, but for the rest he is a cool kid and his standard speech is: It's ya boy

History: he lived in Johto ecruteack city and was schooled in violet city untill he was ten year old, he then thought that he was going out on his journey but his parents did not let him, but they gave him a bronzor, a steel/psychic pokemon a pokemon that is almost impossible to defeat, one year later his aunt died on heart failure this was the year that Sergio was aloud to go on his journey but due to his aunt it was out of the question his mother said: "Imagine that you get a heart failure and you die, I won't know anything about it then, when you are 14 we will talk" now that his is 14 and they moved to ophoore he is finally allowed to.

Appearence: Sam is fairly tall, standing at 6' even. He has very dark, almost black hair, and chesnut brown eyes. On very sunny days, though, Sam's eyes are sky blue. He is very well built and not bad looking either. He wears a red jacket covering a black t-shirt. Blue jeans and running shoes complete this outfit. On his back, his handy yellow backpack compete with PokeGear always sits. Sam also wears a shining silver necklace most everyday. When asked what's in it, Sam never replies.


Personality: Sam is very quiet when you first meet him, but when you get to know him, he is actually very outgoing. Sam likes pokemon and other people, but is a touch shy towards the latter. Pokemon, however, are no problem. Sam gets along with them very well due to his...ability. Sam's quietness comes from his background. His family is dead thanks to an incident from when he was very young. This forces a very quiet and reserved mood, except towards people he knows. He is very coordinated and has amazing reflexes (also part of his ability). Because of this, Sam doesn't like to be around people, for fear they'll find out what he really is.


History: (explains EVERYTHING)

Sam's family tree is very...unorthodox. A perfect line of perfect reflexes in which people have children who are killed because of lack of ability. Everything was fairly peaceful for a while. One family inherited perfect reflexes, the other a weird intuition. Sam, however, was born different. He had both abilities, due to an interfamily birth. As a result, Sam and his brother had both abilities. He and his brother were 2 of a kind. That was, until they came of age. At that time, the two twins had to decide their family. Between their mother or their father...

Sam couldn't deal with it. He didn't choose. His brother decided that he would go with his father. His mother's family enraged, there was a battle. The sides fought and fought. The only survivor, in the end, was Sam. Fearing the villagers would attack him to end this, for they hated the families, too, Sam ran. Eventually, he got to the Ophoore Region. It was here he hid for many years...until the day when he decided he was ready to change his future. He decided to become a trainer, so that he could communicate with his pokemon and become the greatest ever. And so, he decided to become a trainer.

Personality: Gunny is very stuborn and must always have is way. He often slaps is minons in the back of the head when they annoy him. He also resorts to throwing stuff like rocks and other things at people.


History: Gunny was brought up in a rich famliy as a only child. He was very lonly because his parents were never around. So one day he ran alway from home with his rilou Arron. One day, he met the Prof.and decied to help her in her goal of promtoting travel. He has also vowed to stoping Team Topaz and Team Amethyst after a battle in Coal town, which caused the town to burn down and life of his friend Jason, who died tring to save town.

When do the new adventurers find out about the team's evil/good plots? I mean a battle with these people would be awesome!

 

[Snow Phoenix]

They (New Adventurers) will meet one of the gangs in Beginroot. They will meet the RPers playing as Gang Members if they get lucky (I can't say anymore or else I'll spoil parts of the plot). Team Amethyst will start discovering something suspicous in a few more posts... so get to posting so you can get there! Team Topaz will also start to discover some of the plot in the next town.

Cause and Effect is going to play a big part of this RP... I'll just tell you that.

I have a question lol. Since im a wild card and i was ordered to go invade the Team topaz base, does that mean i don't get to do gym battles like everyone else? I'm just wandering but i dont really care either way.

You will be collecting badges/ribbons regardless. That will be addressed a little later for you though. Also your Cindaquil hasn't learned ember yet... I'm just telling you because Cyndaquil doesn't learn it until level 10 and you would have receive a little more exp. if you had. You may change it if you want just PM, VM, or post on the OOC thread saying that you're going to change it and I will wait before I grade your post.

ok i edited the post and removed all embers. I tried my best to make the battle sound just as good without the ember attack. I hope it works out.

Okay, the way contests work is like this...

Your first contest post will be the appeal round where you dazzle the audience with your spectacular move combinations. You end your post either looking at the board or just after your appeal, but you do not see your score because I will tell you if you pass or not! Your second post will be the battle round where you will battle in two one vs. one timed pokemon battles. The first battle you may choose and win, however, the second battle is automatically vs. the contest finalist (In this case of Beginroot it is Usagi). I will decide if you win or not, but don't worry you will have plenty of chances if you fail because there are more than five contest halls. Watch out though because your finalist will have strong attacks and some egg moves.

I will also post this information at the bottom of the first post. Your pokemon are capable of learning egg moves later in the RP via tutor, so don't worry about having to breed for them or begging me for your pokemon to have an egg move.

Also I'm coming up with a system for shinys as well.
