EDIT: Here it is, not as good as the Pachi-Dawn, but it's okay (and it's smaller !)

No, like they make a set of Pokemon plushies, one for each character, Ash (Pikachu), Brock (Bonsly, I know it evolved) and Dawn (Pachirisu)
