The PokéCommunity League [Both Wi-Fi and Shoddy leagues open]

I'd like to sign up as a challenger for the shoddy league, although the rule regarding try-outs is a bit vague. Do you have to try out to be a challenger too or just for a gym leader?
 
Mind if I join the Wi-Fi division?

I recently battled Alakazam and she said I didn't have her support. Does that mean I can enter as a challenger. If it does, please sign me up for the Wi-Fi league

The league is going to be closed soon because of activity. Aura and I agree that there will not be enough future challengers most likely since not many people own B/W currently. I'm adding new features to the league (and reposting) when B/W is released in USA which will hopefully increase activity next time. There will not be a league when Pokémon Lab (AKA Shoddy Battle 2) is updated with generation five because a lot of the new features require Wi-Fi. However, if there's enough people that use Pokémon Lab and have Wi-Fi, I will consider posting the league earlier.

I don't understand how the ladder stays decently active (at least by Battle Stadium standards), but the league gets nothing :(

I'll give this like a few more days at most, but it will likely just end up getting closed.
 
I thought it was relatively active. I just had a test battle with someone last night, for instance.

But either way, I'm looking forward to the activity that will come with Black and White. I'm already training a team on my White version in preparation. ^_^
 
I think I'll try out for one of the wifi spots. But first i have to asses my skills as I hardly battle any trainers my level... anyways, will let you know if i'm any good. :D
 
Including charizardobsessed, that makes two people looking for a test battle. XD

Maybe activity is already picking up? :D

@charizard: Let me know when you'd like to have the test.
@Wolflare/Aura: If you guys think it should shut down for now, should I stop with said tests?
