Can we change the Shiny sprite of Garchomp? ;)
 
It could now accommodate an entire micro-city and has subspecies based on what kind of environment it grew up in as a Turtwig!

Could we do something with that ... thing they call a female Wobbuffet?​
 
She has a messy wig now oh wait this is the nice thread.

She no longer wears makeup. The different genders can be told by the face the female has two large ear tips.

Can we rearrange Basculin's evolution line? Aka it needs an evo. -w-
 
It now has two evolutions, making it an amazing special attacker and a fan favorite due to its unique design!

Could someone make Cleffa even more adorable?​
 
It's eyes are bigger, it's a lighter shade of pink(to match Clefairy), and it's arms and legs are stubbier.

Can we get the most needed Mega evolution- MEGA SANDSHREW???

Can someone give Togepi a branched evolution?​

Can someone tell me what a fire-type Clefairy line would be like?​
 
Well, it's name first of all would change to Clefire, since it's no longer Fairy typed! It can also learn Ember, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, and Flame Wheel via level up!

Done! The line now also comes in a strawberry pink, if you like.

Can someone change it so the Remoraid to Octillery evolution makes more sense?​
 
Sure! Remoraid now evolves after being fed 10 bottles of Protein, 9 bottles of Zinc, and 8 bottles of Calcium. Now we know how it became an octopus. xD

Can someone redesign Sandshrew to make it a Ghost-type? ;3
 
How about pure Fighting? Now it doesn't lose to Fire, Fighting, or Ground!

Can someone give Slugma a more interesting design?
 
It now has a pink heart on it's back that looks more like a tattoo!

Can Togekiss have a more 'stand out' shiny pallette, anyone?~
 
Sure thing! Now its shiny form will have a black scheme! (And it would totally make cute twins with its non-shiny form. :3)

Can someone rename Squirtle to give its name three syllables?
