Eep. I can do natures, if I have the right Ditto (which I normally do), but egg moves aren't my expertise.

If I got you the pokemon with the Egg Moves to put on the Vulpix, would you then breed the pokemon with the natures?

I mean, I have a spare Stantler that I will train until it knows Hypnosis, and you get the Modest Vulpix ready, then I trade you the Stantler with Hypnosis and Energy Ball and you breed them for Modest Vulpix with Egg Moves desired.

I would do this myself, but I don't have a Modest Ditto.
