Caesar is a mean, stuck up little cyndaquil, and bullies Pandora terribly. He gets annoyed quickly, says everything with a sneer, and only listens to people bigger than him. However, he also has a compassionate streak - no matter what he says, he'd protect Pan-pan with his life

EDIT: As for the PS post.... I'm sorta stuck for what to write. because Teioh and Growlithe have charged off, and Mara and Seth are doing....nothing inpaticular.

Alrighty, the tentative sign-up form would, at the moment, be:

Name: (Including nicknames)
Gender: (Male or Female obviously)
Appearance: (A picture will do obviously, although if your adoptive has any special features that aren't included in it then please list them in writing)
Personality: (So many people do so many things so horribly wrong with this field. Please, let's see at least two lines of fluent text, alright?)
History (Optional): (Just to add a little backstory to your character if you like. Be creative but don't overdo it. ^^)
Attacks: (Can obviously change during the course of the RP as you char levels up, but try to at least inform me when they do.)
Other (Optional): (If there's anything you didn't get to express in the other fields then feel free to put it here.)
RP Sample: (Yes, I'll require one from everyone, including myself. It doesn't have to be a novell but try to make it at least reasonably long. Samples from any RPs you already are/have been in are accepted, but please provide a link to the source in such cases.)

Most of this information can be taken from the sheets that you already have, so please do a proper job on the rest. ^^

And I think we should put a limit on characters. Maybe no more than four? If one person is playing seven pokemon at a time, it's gonna be a pain.
I guess they could switch their pokemon in or out, though... and maybe use the others as side characters.
 
Well, methinks that a suitable limit would be three pok?mon (Since they're going to have a human character to RP later on as well. Oh, and methinks I've got a few additions to make. Hang on...there, all better. ^^
 
Have you got a list of rules written out? That's really important, we can't have complete strangers walking in off the streets... I mean, roleplay board. Is there someway we can make it hidden from the public, and only accessible is you know it's there? Some sites can do that, I'm not sure if this one can...

Well, it's an Adopter only RP. And since we're making the sign-ups here I doubt that any strangers will find us before it's too late. :badsmile:
But for rules:

1. This is an adopter RP, so only adoptive pok?mon from Light_Azumarill's thread will be accepted. For the human section, only the sign-ups of people who have adopted a pok?mon will even be noted. However, being an adopter does not necessarily mean that you're accepted since this is a rather complicated RP and will demand some skill from the RPers part to succeed.

2. If you join I will also be expecting you to attend. Which means that I will be expecting you to make at least one IC post a week. If you're going to be absent for a longer period of time then inform me beforehand, if I don't see those weekly IC posts or an excuse for their absence then anyone will be free to control your character(s) at will, although they should still be controlled in accoradance with their personalities.

3. No powerplaying/godmodding. It seems that many people have trouble comprehending this rule so let me make this simple; If I see a character doing as much as raising an eyebrow without it's creator's consent then the person responsible will be banned from the RP, unless the owner of the character decides otherwise or the owner has already violated the above rule. Another thing that is also considered godmodding is having your char miraculously dodge every attack or automatically hit with every one of their own attacks. No character is perfect. Godmodding is a huge pet-peeve of mine and I have no tolerance whatsoever for it. You have been warned. <_<

4. Everyone wanting to join will have to add the phrase 'PH33R Cradily' to some point of their sign-up post. This is to make sure that you actually read the rules.

5. Isn't it neat to have a rule number 5? ^^

6. Follow all PC rules. Self-explanatory.

Don't worry Minako, we were just discussing the form and rules this far so sign ups haven't officially started yet. I'll compress all that into a single post and make an announcement soon, then it will be official. ^^

Ooh... stuff's happening! How exciting! ^^ I skipped History so I could come on here and post (plus, I have the hiccups right now and I didn't feel like embarrassing myself in front of my silent class... -_-).

I am thinking up my human character as we speak. ^-^ The pokemon will be easy for me to do, it's the human that I will need to think about. For some reason, writing for pokemon comes more naturally.

About the rules: I love Rule #5! I only wish I had the foresight to do that in my adoption thread... maybe people would actually read the rules then. >_<

I do think there should be a limit of three pokemon. Any more than that and I can tell you for sure it's going to get messy. Digimon RPGs can get really messy because there are usually ten to twelve humans and then there are also their respective digimon. It gets hard to keep track of who's who and who acts like what. One RP I was in was so difficult for me to keep track that I just typed up and printed out a sheet of all of the characters so that I wouldn't get myself confused.

I suggest that to limit confusion, we put up a comprehensive list (in one post so it's clear) of all the characters, the users who play them, and their stats. That way we have a reference for everyone to go back to.

Just a suggestion. ^^

Can't wait for this to start though! I think I'll have to take a break for a while when we first start this so that I have enough time to post in the beginning. The beginning of RPs are always faster than the middle and end.

good idea, I second that notion!
Digimon was a pretty good series... the first bit, anyway... I liked the way all the characters developed over the first season... but after that it got too confusing. o_o;
 
Erm, Latias, if you want to request a pokemon to adopt, you must do it in the Adoption Thread. Not here. Here is just where we discuss things about them.

BUT

If you wanted to request a pokemon for me to put on the list, then yes, you came to the right place. ^^

Anyways, congrats on all the newly adopted Pokemon, everyone! ^^ I think they're all adorable, yes I do. In fact, the Nickname Guru has thought of a nickname for Titan's Horsea.. And she will come up with more at the snap of a finger. =3

Snail is Lv.6 today, but I'm only saying that to remind myself. If I don't write it out in a post, I will forget. XD
