Yeah, we really have to do the sync up thing again at some point. Preferably some weird yet cool gameshow doing stuff for money. I wonder though if the sync up would be as fun if we actually managed to get it right straight away or something. Because I know I spent half of the show looking at the IM window next to it. XD
I guess. It wouldn't have been half as fun if we didn't run into the lag. For the first half, I got some of the worst lag ever, the second half was pretty fast. I didn't like how it kept jumping me ahead of where I should be and then randomly send me back. We probably would have been done a lot sooner with it had we not all jumped back like 20 minutes or so for Mork to be able to keep up with us. Either way, it was worth it, that was sadly the most fun I had all day long. XD Yeah, me too, even if not for money, it seems like a pretty kick ass way to kill some time.
Metto, we're trying to encourage longer, more indepth replies in the DCC instead of the usual one line post count boosters, so it'd be great if you added more content to your posts from now on.
I still don't get how the hell you managed to jump so far ahead of us though, you were about 15 minutes ahead most of the time. And I have no idea why you didn't manually skip back either. Yeah, waiting for Mork was a real delay. But still, not many people can say they it took them two hours to watch a 45 minute episode. Also, not many people can say they had that much fun just trying to synchronise a video with four other people. We rule in sad ways.
I couldn't skip back at first because of the lag. Every time I touched the video, my entire computer would lag for minutes. After I got to like, the 40th minute, everything stopped lagging and I was able to skip around without getting hit. I don't care how sad it is, dammit, we had fun and that's all that matters to me. It's even cooler that we were able to do all of that and spent two hours watching a 45 minute show that had absolutely no English subtitles.
I still wanna get those seasons on DVD. We get four episodes a day over here though, so that's enough to hold me over until I can ever get the season sets. Way back in October, I had only seen 50ish episodes of the series and thanks to the airings, I was able to see every episode within the next two months.

I'm actually very surprised that I experienced no lag at all during the video, given how Erica and I normally have roughly the same amount of lag. And Abby and Erica were making me lag all the time when we were watching that Stephen Colbert video before.

I got lag with that Colbert video too, which is why I exited since I had already seen it 50 million times and had it memorized. I've been trying to find another video that we could all use to sync up, but I can't find anything we'd really like. Though, I guess that shouldn't matter since none of us were really paying attention to the video at all.
Will the stores take it if it's an Australian copy? Why not just put it back on sell on ebay? Or get an Australian DVD player.

I really don't care what we watch. I mean, I never would've watched that other video from beginning to end if I were just watching it alone. The fun came from it being a group activity.

You could start buying DVDs in Australian coding? Those are probably cheaper than the ones that you guys already have to use. XD

I'm not sure if an animal documentary will have the same impact as watching Japanese celebrities being chased by Agents from The Matrix whilst wearing stupidly bright headgear. But I'm willing to give almost anything a shot.
The DVDs probably would be cheaper, then I'd have to pay twice the cost of the DVD on P&P, thus putting me at a loss. XD
