Notice how my question was asking which 'fools' would skip detention. :P

I think it'd be pretty stupid to get in big trouble for missing a detention. :\ They probably deserve it. =x

Hmm...I think the rule was if you were tardy 3 times, you got a Saturday detention. Although, I'm not too sure on that. It might have been 5 or somethin like that. We didn't have the step system you're referring to. My school wasn't very strict for the most part.

Yeah, my school has it three before a saturday for tardies. If you talk to much during study hall then you immediatley get a detention ;;. I haven't had a detention in high school yet. Though back in Jr.High I got five for not doing homework. If you missed two homework assignments in a week then you got a lunch detention.

I like how my school's homewok policy is now^^

I always got detention for pretty stupid stuff. Like not getting progress reports signed by my parents and such. =\
 
I don't like when teacher's count that against you, they should have just sent it home to the parents so we all could avoid getting into trouble >O. Meh, I just tend to be forgetful and lazy and misplace all my stuff.

On a happier note, they used to let us go to fun places if we turned in a certain amount of homework in by the end of the year. We got to do "bungee soccer" at some place, even though I don't like soccer, it was really fun^^
 
Not a big fan of soccer personally, but bungee soccer sounds like a blast. XD
 
It was XD but we only got ten minutes each time we did it because other people wanted to play soccer as well.

i dont think so, i think college will be great. ive been there a couple of times, i dont think it will be that bad.

I'm looking forward to college to but the only think I'm nervous about is having to keep a job and school and an apartment OO;; The school's I want to go to don't supply dorms.
 
No XD the ball isn't attached to anything, but the players have to wear a harness attached to elastic..if that makes any sense.

I have no idea what game what the racket one is XD
 
Yeah, bungee soccer is, literally, soccer whilst attached to a bungee rope. I played it on a recreation trip in my high school. It's like 5-a-side soccer, but the bungee rope prevents you from leaving a certain area of the playing surface. We had to play it to encourage players to pass the ball more rather than being selfish and trying to fo everything by themselves.

EDIT: The racquet game is like tetherball, but with a tennis ball and tennis racquet instead of the large ball.

I think I've heard of tetherball but it's still not ringing any bells XP Then again I'm not to good at remembering what games are called. The only games I can recall playing with racquet is tennis and eclipse ball (which we play in gym).

Yeah, it's quite fun. And it does hurt quite a bit. The main pain comes from smacking yourself in the face with the bungee. XD It's also fun to watch people try to run against the bungee and then get flung across the area, cartoon style.

Ah, I know what you were talking about. I dunno what that game is called, and I really hated it. I could hit the ball about 6 times before I missed it..XD

Yah, I can imagine myself being flung across the field as well XDDD;

Yeah, the game isn't all that great. But the thing is, I've seen a product where the ball is tethered to your foot o.o

Once at a minor league baseball game I got to go out onto the field with my sister's boyfriend and sumo wrestle. They put us into the big fat suits and we got to bash each other around for a few minutes in between innings. That was fun. XD

That sounds awesome. XD My uncles did that on a bouncy castle once. My one uncle was so tired after a few minutes that he could barely stand up. My other uncle just repeatedly jumped up and down to make him fall over and then belly flopped him.

Hahaha. Yeah, it's definitely exhausting. I was panting at the end of the match. All of the extra weight makes it sooo hard to move. Then again...all of the extra weight absorbs any blows you get hit with, so you can't really feel anything. XD

[EDIT] I see sumo wrestling is a DCC killing topic. =X
