Regarding Togepi: The Togepi on Route 30 will be available to Elm's asstiance only but it will appear in the wild later. Also another starter will be on Route 30 for everybody!
Regarding symphony and sublime traveling together: that actually sounds like a cool idea! you could make some pretty cool posts together. i'll let you guys do it with route 30 and see how it goes. If it goes great then you can continue!
Regarding giving of Pokemon from NPC's: Hmm maybe though it will have to be a super good post and not a starter pokemon and it will have to be a basic low level pokemon.
Pokemon from Hoenn: yes Gulpin may appear later lol
 
Alright, thanks Lace. Maybe I'll have him get me one after the fourth gym... what if I don't catch any Pokemon before then lol
 
To Wolfwhispers: They will be in locations that I think where they would appear in the game. Example Cyndaquil will appear on Route 37 because the Burned Tower is around there. They will also be very hard to capture so save your best stuff for them!
To .Sublime: good question. i generally wont get into how much money you have as it just causes more work for me to keep track how much you guys have and its really unnecesary for the rp.
To PlatinumPiano: Well again like the starters Hoenn Pokemon will appear where I think they would appear in the Johto Region. Perhaps Burned Tower for Gulpin...

Will Mala have a level based evolution, since happiness can't really be determined in the RP? Like around...lvl 30-35 or something?

To Konekodemon: no sorry. some pokemon wont be in the rp like the kanto starters
To .Sublime: Mala will evolve around Level 25 like in the game
To symphony: it will be up soon!

How do you want me to edit my post? Are we doing this like they did it with the games, like with each new discovered region there are more discovered Pokemon? o_O
 
you dont have to edit it but yes we will be doing this like they do it in the games but in a more real manor like after we've done half the rp little by little Hoenn Pokemon will start appearing. Its a gradual thing

Oh, okay. So are characters know that there are other regions and other Pokemon, but we don't know what the other Pokemon are? If so, I'll edit it to say somthing like:

"this time shadowed by a small Pokemon that looks [insert Happiny description here]....."
 
We know about other regions but they have just been discovered so Hoenn is the most recent discovery and Sinnoh hasnt even been discovered yet so people know about other regions but not about other pokemon so Happiny wont even be there

Okay. I'll make Nurse Joy look suspicious or somthing, like she people weren't supposed to know that she had the Happiny / mystery Pokemon.
 
Okay, I edited my post. Please tell me if it is fine, and by the way I bought 2 PokeBalls and 2 Potions. Sorry I didn't mention the exact number of items in my post.
