It seems that only Regional Variants get to have cross-gen evolutions for some reason, so if Jynx is gonna evolve, it should get a Galarian Form.
Before we get sidetracked, Mr. Rime has a very good selection of moves, even if it's not quite as fast as it's tap-dancing pre-evolution.

First, Galarian Yamask needs to lose over 49 HP in battle without fainting.
Then, you must look for a stone arch around the Dusty Bowl. If Yamask has survived the battle with 49 or more HP lost, it will then evolve.

It has what appears to be a dragon painted on it's slab. The dragon is theorised to be either Dragapult, Eternatus or even an entirely new Dragon Pokémon that might inhabit two new islands we'll be exploring later this year.
