Kanto:Charmander
Johto:Chickorita?
Hoen:Mudkip
Sinnoh:piplup

not so sure about chickorita though,the rest are good.

It depends on the region, but Mudkip once fully evolved is an easy choice.

I think maybe Torchic or Turtwig. My Blaziken was really good against the Elite Four, and my Turtwig virtually took out Gardenia's whole team by itself.

I think their colors are perfect the way they are. But maybe Piplup could be a little lighter shade of blue.

As waveguidebuizel says their colours are perfect but Bulbasaur could have more head patterns, like the two hearts shape on the Bulbasaur May has.
