I'm sorry, but fire, ice, and wizard hat is too much to put into one word.

Yeah, too much diversity. I name its evolution Helemage (that's helmet+element+mage xD)

Or maybe just Elemage (it's not a hat anymore, it now has a body and specializes in elemental magic like Fire and Ice spells).
