It is Druitoad! The Wood Frog Pokemon that only has 'toad' in his name because it sounds better than 'frog' even though it technically is a frog and we can make mistakes like that! :D Yay!

Fun fact: frogs and toads are scientifically interchangeable. It's just the names for certain species that use different words. Anyway.

Druitoad will then evolve into... Ribitimber.

And I'm going to call it the Big Eye Pokemon. Make of that what you will.

The first thing that came to my mind after reading "light" and "big eye" is "vision". So, I'll name it Vizeon.
