A lot of people have said yes, but the answer is no. I have always tried, and everytime only the Pokemon that got it from being on my team never spread it to others in the boxes.

Presumably, it doesn't spread in the box but it doesn't go away in the box either. So just keep it in the box, infect a Pokemon every now and then and have an infected Pokemon in storage for later XD

A friend of mine once had the pokerus virus and traded one pokemon with mine and then I had it.. I didn't notice the difference..
