NB: Before I begin, every nickname I give my Pokemon will be Digimon-based. Don't let that bother you though.

-Started with the same intro from Pokemon Black and White
-Met Rivals and chose Tepig as my starter

-Was challenged to a battle by Rival Bianca
-Defeated Snivy with pure power
-Rival Bianca was defeated

-Room was trashed
-Pokemon were healed

-Was challenged to a battle by Rival Cheren
-Defeated Oshawott with just 3 Tackles
-Rival Cheren was defeated

-Pokemon were healed by Mom
-Obtained the Xtransceiver
-Met Prof. Juniper, gave Tepig a nickname (Agunimon) and received the Pokedex
-Obtained the Town Map from Mom
-Watched crappy tutorial on how to catch a Pokemon
-Received 10 Premier Balls
-Agunimon learned Ember
-Caught Garudamon the Pidgey (F) Lv. 3
-Garudamon learned Sand-Attack
-Arrived in Accumula Town
-Watched yet another crappy tutorial on the Pokemon Center

-Was challenged by PKMN Trainer N
-Despite having the type and level disadvantage, Garudamon defeated N's Shinx
-Garudamon learned Gust
-PKMN Trainer N was defeated

-Went to Route 2 and received Running Shoes from Mom
-Beat all trainers in Route 2

-Was challenged by Rival Bianca
-Thanks to a well-timed Critical Hit, Agunimon defeated Nidoran(F)
-Agunimon learned Defense Curl
-Ember and burn combined KO'd Smugleaf
-Rival Bianca was defeated

-Arrived in Striaton City
-Deposited Agunimon into the PC
-Went to Dreamyard
-Defeated all available Trainers in Dreamyard

Update on my progress: Attain Both the BoulderBadge, and Cascade badge using the initial Evolutions of my Pokemon.

I am using VBA to play this, to get the Pokemon Necessary for this Challenge, I changed spawns in Route 2, then put them back to the standard Pokemon Spawns. When you first get poke-balls to now I have been using this team. If I was supposed to wait to get them until later on in the game let me know, as I am using an accelerator for random encounters and things of that sort let me know and I can restart.

And now, I need a redraw for my random team, but this time...

The Mothim and Torterra are great, but Bastiodon and Rampardos are both fossils I'd need to find in the Underground. Cranidos' Skull Fossil would take quite a long time to find, and Shieldon's Armor Fossil isn't found in Diamond.

So, a re-draw of those two would be marvelous. :)

How does that look? Sorry for the fossil Pokemon, I have not played Generation IV, so I am unaware of the "hard" to get Pokemon. ^^

I forgot to update last time, so here we go:

-Defeated my rival and Artemis learned rollout.
-Went through Ilex Forest and exited onto the route below Goldenrod.
-Leveled up both of my Pokemon to Lv. 19
-Went into my Platinum and tried to find a Glameow, which I cannot get in Platinum, apparently.
-Went into my Pearl and tried to find a Glameow.
-Remembered that I restarted Pearl -__-
-Defeated four Gym Leaders and FINALLY got a Glameow after playing Pearl for a week.
-Traded Glameow over.
-Made it have a baby with my Rattata.
-Went into the Game Corner and played that stupid Voltorb Flip for two hours.
-Got 2200 coins and bought the Silk Scarf with 1000 of the coins.
-Gave the Silk Scarf to Artemis and the Soothe Bell to Zubat.
-Walking still......

That's how random challenges work - you may end up stuck with a bunch of one type, and you have to make it work. It makes it more exciting and challenging, unlike normal run-throughs of the game. :)

No, you cannot keep your starter. Since it was not a part of your randomly selected team, it cannot be apart of your team at all. You can use your starter up until the point when you can obtain the first Pokemon on your team, which, in your case, will be fairly soon.

1st update of crystal ultimate end hack random challenege

picked squirtel as a starter trained it to lvl 10 to beat my rival,( in this his lvl 9 for the first fight) go to sprout lvl to 19 on the way there lost first time to the primape i kept missing
got to lvl 20 and beat it, took on faulkner ( he is fire in this), easily destroyd him with waterfall, lucky his magmar didnt use thunder punch.
caught a exeggcute, boxed squirtel, got the exeggcute to lvl 16 found a drowzee on the way to the caves of alf, got drowzee and exeggcute to lvl 20 to beat this one trainer witha skarmory a pigeotto and a spearow the skarmory kept killing me,
foumbeld my way through the caves of alf with no flash go through got the tm dream eater and taught it to drowzee got a krabby taught it cut lvld krabby drowzee and exeggcute to lvl 30 and stopped just before bugsy who is water in this or ice i cant remember,
ownd bugsy with hypno using hypnosys and dream eater,
got to the lighthouse lvld up my guys to 33 and took on jasmine lost to her lvl 40 ampheros, went and lvld to 35 and tried her againn this time skarmory was easy with kingler and strength which is rock in this hack, ampheros died to many dream eaters barely killed it, last was scyther which was easy put to sleep then leach seed and confusion to death.

-Hacked in Azulongmon the Gible (F, Lv.18)
-Hacked in MSeadramon (short for MetalSeadramon) the Clamperl (F, Lv.18, holding a Prism Scale)
-Hacked in Koffing (F, Lv.18)
-Deposited Agunimon, Angewomon and Pansage into the PC and withdrew Koffing

-Re-challenged Gym Leader Cress
-MSeadramon wiped the floor with Eevee
-Koffing lost to Panpour but Garudamon destroyed it with a Quick Attack
-Garudamon fainted because of Psyduck's Water Pulse
-Dragon Rage from Azulongmon defeated Psyduck
-Gym Leader Cress was defeated

-Obtained the Trio Badge as well as TM83 Work Up
-Met Fennel and obtained HM01 Cut
-Hacked in Drilbur (F, Lv.18)
-Drilbur learned Cut
-Met up with Bianca again (thank Arceus there's no battle with her this time)

I won't be continuing it 'cos I last saved at Mt. Moon.
