I'm not able to hack the following Pokemon: sableye, corsola, vespiquen and dugtrio. And cubchoo( beartic) can only be obtained after the 5 gym. And I cannot trade Pokemon. Can my Pokemon team be from Gen 5 only thank u.
If you can't hack/trade in, say "no" for National Dex. That's what it stands for.
Re-rolls are: Scrafty, Excadrill, Stunfisk, Watchog. There is nothing wrong with Beartic being obtainable after 5th gym. All pokemon are fine as long as you can get them before the end of the challenge (at least one of them must be obtainable before 3rd badge)
...but if you really want a Pokemon before the fifth gym, I'll re-roll Beartic ahead of time. So you may have Jellicent instead. Your Stunfisk substitute as well will be Emolga.

SO. I've just finished my run. It's been awhile , so I don't really remember the details of some of the update, but here we go.
Spoiler:
-Went and did the Groudon thing. I don't really remember any details, just that Sumia did most of the work.
-Fought Wallace, and between Mila Tree and Walhart, he didn't have a prayer.
-Took on the Pokemon League! Going slow and steady got me through all of the Elite Four reliably. Though Say'ri gets knocked out a lot. A lot.
-Now, Steven. It was going decently until his Mega Metagross made an appearance. I sent out Walhart, but Metagross outsped and one-shotted him! That's... That's never happened to Walhart before... What now?!
-Kellam was up next, but only took it down to yellow before getting demolished. And so it was, team member after team member got savagely destroyed. And I lost. I did not foresee this...
-Floundered on Victory Road a while, pondering this newest dilemma until I finally decided to shake it off and try again. A bit of training later, and Say'ri learned Night Slash. Ohoho, Say'ri. Come through.
-The second battle with Steven went much differently now that we were ready. Instead of letting Say'ri take the lead as usual I put Walhart up front to wreck his team and force him to show his Mega Metagross one more time. Then out came Say'ri, who I've been so disappointed in this whole run, who I always let throw down spikes then get knocked out. Say'ri brought the win home with Night Slash.
Far as I know, the Delta Episode isn't required to complete this challenge, right? Mhmm. So, I'll call this a win. We did it!
The Final Team!
Sumia
Lv.65 | Adamant | Torrent
Waterfall
Dive
Surf
Rock Smash
-- Marshtomp, though unevolved, made up for that through leveling faster than the others. Even as a Marshtomp, I'm happy to say that she remains a valuable member of the team to the end. My only regret is that she got relegated to HM duties in the late game, but you can't help that. She did the best she could with what she had.
Kellam
Lv.59 | Docile | White Smoke
Shell Smash
Body Slam
Heat Wave
Flamethrower
--I used a Torkoal once, in original Ruby, and really didn't have anything to say on it either way. That's changed. The inclusion of Shell Smash made it so that Kellam could be bulk when I needed it, but could shed that defense to do phenominal work sweeping opponents. I was quite impressed with him, and would use one again.
Sully
Lv.58 | Jolly | Sand Veil
Metal Claw
Cut
Swords Dance
Earthquake
-- So, Sully. I've always liked the look of Sandslash, but never used one. I can say that Sully certainly pulled her weight and then some in early-mid game with reliably high-power magnitudes and then Earthquakes. If given the chance to set up with Swords Dance, she could turn into a monster. My only complaint is that she was somewhat squishy by the Elite Four. Overall, not bad.
Say'ri
Lv.58 | Docile | Keen Eye
Brave Bird
Night Slash
Spikes
Steel Wing
--Agh, Say'ri. I have used Skarmories to death lately, and was not thrilled to have to use Say'ri. However, despite my bitterness towards her, she really came through in the second fight with Steven. Credit where it's due. But I can still say that she'll be the last Skarmory I use in a long while.
Mila Tree
Lv.62 | Quirky | Suction Cups
Energy Ball
Giga Drain
Earthquake
Ancient Power
--Mila Tree! I have never, ever used a Cradily before. I always thought they looked odd and would be weak. How wrong I was! Mila Tree was a powerful asset to the team, and could take hits for days. Combine that with Big Root Giga Drains, and he wasn't going down easily. He really was a pleasant surprise, and I'm glad I had to use him to find that out. I'll definitely use Cradily's again in the future.
Walhart
Lv.58 | Docile | Guts
Close Combat
Megahorn
Bulk Up
Strength
--This bug was a true brawny beast. I've used a Heracross on occasion, but Mega Heracross was a force to be reckoned with. Even though he was a little bit of a glass cannon and came into the run rather late, Walhart pulled his weight and smashed through most enemies without blinking an eye. Good stuff, buddy.
All in all, I enjoyed the run, and had some pleasant surprises. If there's one thing I'll take away from it, it's that I need to take the Root Fossil MUCH more often. Eheh.
ΕDIT: I didn't see galladetitan's team at first and I hacked Voltaire's suggested Pokemon in the game (Cubone, Psyduck, Heracross, Wailmer, Bagon and Nincada). What do I do now?
