The Rise of Team Fusion: a PokéMorph adventure

World:
In the various regions of the world, humans use the powerful and mysterious creatures called Pokémon for many purposes in their daily lives: competition, companionship and sometimes even as tools.

But for some, merely having power over Pokémon wasn't enough.

That is when the experiments began. They were first conducted on strands of DNA, watching how they would react to different forms of radiation and waiting until they discovered a process that created the desired effect. Once they designed a promising experiment, they needed to get some test subjects, namely, humans. They used those who would go largely unnoticed: the homeless, adventurers and those who otherwise live secluded lives. But as their demand for research materials increased, so the subtlety of their abductions decreased. The organization was dubbed "Team Fusion" by the public on account of the disfigurations of the victims that showed that there had been an attempt to essentially fuse the person to a Pokémon. Try as they might, the police force can't take down Team Fusion, and even as they attempt to track the organization, the number of their victims increases as well as the feeling of uncertainty among the people of the region.

Plot:
Team Fusion has just dumped their latest batch of failed test subjects in various places around the region, allowing the mutations and instability of their DNA slowly destroys their bodies.

But this time, not all the test subjects died.

The scientists saw the slowdown of mutation in the cells of the subjects as a sign of the body rejecting the radiation, a reaction that would result in the human's death after the mutation had taken such an effect on the body. But what they did not foresee was the body adapting to the changes in some of the subjects and therefore supplying the stability needed for them to survive and retain the powers that Team Fusion had been seeking to discover from the beginning. In this way, Team Fusion unwittingly released their first batch of PokéMorphs into the region.

At the same time, the scientists of Team Fusion were conducting a new experiment on another group of humans. They were shocked when every single human gained a stable form while retaining the power of Pokémon. Unfortunately for them, they didn't properly evaluate the amount of power their PokéMorphs would hold as a group and they escaped, the raw intensity of their newfound powers destroying the facility along with the experiment's report.

Your Role:

You are one of these test subjects, either the survivor of a "failed" experiment or the product of Team Fusion's success. The region is yours to traverse and your destiny is yours to choose, but your experience with Team Fusion has left you a freak: neither Pokémon nor fully human. Even with more freedom than ever before with your new abilities, you find yourself trapped on a path that you have not taken willingly and now must try to live as an unnatural man-made creature: a PokéMorph. People will reject you and Team Fusion will soon try to recover their lost discoveries.

Will you try to save the Maru region from the wrath of Team Fusion? Will you use your newfound abilities for your own gain? Will you seek to return back to your normal life at any cost?

Hiya!

For all of you who don't know me, I'm Wolfsrain, GOD of this RP (Actually Co-God but still... :nervous:)

Mira is still having some problems with her internets, but I am here and can accept/reject/reserve/etc. as I see fit. :D

Ooh, Pokemorphs :)

Name - Samuel (Sam) Noxford
Gender - Male
Age - 24

Appearance - Before the fusion, Sam was a big fellow. He was verging on burly and stood roughly 6 feet in height. He had little neck to speak of as his chin was very big and seemed to almost join on to his collar. He had very broad shoulders and big, strong arms to boast aswell. He had quite a chunky looking face as he had large cheekbones and, as mentioned, chin. However his skin was smooth to the tough and had the slightest tan to it. He regularly shaved his facial hair to no more than stubble and kep his hazelnut hair short aswell.

Sam is trying to cope with his new 'look'. Being fused with a Ludicolo, he perminantely has the lillypad sombrero attached to his head, and has a jagged, brown zig-zag striped 'overcoat'. His hands are perminantely stuck as 'gloves' and his legs have no feet - only flat bases like Lidicolo have. Sam's mouth has slightly grown outward like a beak or bill, but it's not to noticable at first. His hair also resembles the hair of a Ludicolo.

Personality - Sam was very much a 'tough guy'. He liked to keep up an image and followed the principle of looking out for himself most of all. He would usually attempt to show off, either to impress ladies or simply to make himself look and feel good. Despite these values, Sam isn't a bad guy at heart. He won't deliberately set out to antagonise or hurt anyone: there have even been some occasions of him being gentle around others.

After the experiment. Sam pretty much stayed the same, however his view of looking after himself became more of a survival skill rather than a style of life. He has also found a new hate for Team Fusion after what they have done to him aswell as many others. Right now, his aim is to find a place where he can live peacefully: and attempt to start a new life.

History: Sam grew up in Slateport City with his parents and older sister. Here, he had an everyday life: school, friends and beaches. He was quite a popular, nice kid in his early school years. However, he gradually became more decisive of himself and limited the number of friends he had. These were the first signs of the Sam we now know today.

By the time Sam was in College, he was much tougher, self-dependant and, to a certain extent, boastful. Here, Sam took a course in palientology (as he was always interested in fossils and prehistoric life). Despite his interests, the course proved too much for him, and he dropped out only having done two thirds of the first term. At this point, he still lived with his family in Slateport, however shortly after, he moved away to a new job.

This new job was as a driller on an oil refinary off the shores of Mossdeep City in Hoenn. He worked there for as few as three years before he got a new job in Maru digging fossil mines. It was this firm that stated they would be sending a few of the workers away on a 'workforce programme'. In actual fact, this was the firm sending some workers, including Sam, to Team Fusion to be part of some secret, 'safe' tests.

Type of Morph - Sam has the ability to completely morph himself into a Ludicolo. However, the closest he can get to human is ths description stated above. His fusion with a Ludicolo means he can understand pokemon speak and breath underwater. The only problem with Sam is that he has trouble being accepted by humans.

As Sam is new to the community of Pokemon, he is still learning about their lives. So far he has these abilities which the Ludicolo he fused with possesed: Rain dance, Surf and Energy Ball.

Extra: Sam is still learning more about himself. He has come to the conclusion that, through practice, experience and willpower, he may eventually be able to retain his human form.

Name: Jetswipe (formerly known as Chet Drache)

Gender: Male

Age: 19

Appearance: Jetswipe stands at 5'10", with a slight hunch to his posture. He is of a light build, his body neither particularly muscular nor fat. His skin is pale, a result of living in and out of caves in mountainous terrain. His skin is peppered with scratches and scars, ones that become more pronounced upon morphing.

His face is narrow, combining with bags under his eyes to make a sullen, almost defeated look. His eyes stand out from the rest of his face by being a bright gold color, a permanent side effect to his morph-form of a Garchomp. His mouth too stands out by being filled with sharp, carnivorous teeth as opposed to more human teeth, another side effect of morphing. His medium-length hair appears to be black, but closer examination reveals a dark shade of blue. Above each ear is a cowlick that points outward.

He wears a red muscle shirt, with tattered black jeans. He also wears a black leather wristband on each arm, which give his arm-claw's a black stripe upon morphing. He also wears a golden-diamond pendant which relocates itself to his snout upon morphing.

Personality: Jetswipe attempts to live life with a calm demeanor, even a bit cautious. He aims to be a peacemaker when tensions arise in a group, and usually attempts to talk through problems before resorting to hostilities. This seems to be only a coping mechanism with his unstable morphing however, as stress will begin to involuntarily, yet gradually, morphs into his alternate form. As he begins to morph, he becomes temperamental, stubborn, and hostile. He will even become violent if pushed enough when stressed. Interestingly, he also becomes more protective of things or people close to him, a kind of motherly instinct.

History: Born as Chet Drache, Jetswipe was raised in Ecruteak City. From birth, he was an inquisitive go-getter. He passed on becoming a Pokémon trainer to remain in school, with dreams to direct wildlife documentaries and travel the world in the process. After graduation from High School, Chet set his sights on Fuschia City's Fuschia University (because of the excellent opportunities for documenting the Safari Zone).

Things changed upon his kidnapping by Team Fusion. His DNA was bonded with that of a mothering Garchomp. The hormonal state of the female Garchomp at the time of the DNA extraction had a strange reaction with Chet's own mind, as he struggled to cope with the beastly side of him. When the Fusion facility was destroyed, he disappeared into the mountains for a time. He lived in a constant state of flux, unable to control his morphing, wildly changing from human, to Pokemon, and various states in-between.

After months of living in this limbo, he gained an imperfect control over his changes and returned to human society. His old optimism and restlessness had been broken; he now was cautious and calm in an attempt to control his bestial side. He has been working various odd jobs to try and keep a low-key living.

Type of Morph: Jetswipe has an imperfect morphing ability with his alternate form of a female Garchomp. While he can completely transform at will, he can only retain his human mindset in this form so long before the Pokemon's rages and instincts begin to control him. Yet, the Pokemon side of him can take control of him in his human form. When stressed, he becomes more temperamental and wild, and subtly begins morphing with his body parts slowly morphing as he becomes tenser. Certain charactertics of his Garchomp form have been bonded to his human form; such as his teeth, eyes, and hair color. (Earthquake, Giga Impact, Dragon Claw, Crunch)

Extra: Despite the fact he is a human male, his Garchomp morph distinctly female. At times he has dreams of searching for a infant Gible, as the Garchomp he was bonded with had been separated from her nest and hatchlings.

RP Sample:
Being surprised was unfair on the Rhydon's part, it was much harder to control himself when he'd been startled by a six-foot rock monster. He was half transformed by the time he could gather what had happened. He tried to run, Jetswipe didn't need a confrontation…

Running was feeling easier, the dragon in him was stirring. His feet glided effortlessly along the rocky ground, throwing up small clouds of dirt as he ran. He saw a drop off ahead; perhaps he could get away here. He leapt from the ledge…

But a graceful flight through the air was interrupted. A rock thrown from behind him knocked him to the ground, crashing like a downed jet.

He tried to remain calm, but it was pointless. Each breath he took was harder; he felt his human form fading with each exhale. Thoughts faded from his mind, the only object he could conceive in his brain was the rock that knocked him to the ground-and the Rhydon that threw it.

The bull Drill Pokémon watched the ledge with curious eyes. The little human hadn't stood up, maybe it was dead. Small quakes rippled through the ground as the Rhydon slowly lumbered towards the edge. Up ahead, something rose where the little boy had fallen: a Garchomp, with her eyes set on him.

Jetswipe shot forward as if fired from a rail gun. The air screeched as the arm blades cut through it at high speeds. She collided with her attacker. It felt like hitting a brick wall, but there was satisfaction when this wall went fell to the ground. Jetswipe slashed at her foe's stomach, her dragon's claws scraping against the rocky skin of the Rhydon.

A tail swipe knocked her to the ground, like a tree trunk striking her knees. The Rhydon spun around and lunged at her, horn-first. Jetswipe rolled onto her knees and jumped to the side. The sound of her leaping to her feet was drowned out by the crashing sound of the Rhydon striking a boulder instead.
He struggled to pull his horn free from the cracked rock it was wedged in. The Rhydon growled, frustrated, trapped, and vulnerable. A hiss came across his ears, from the top of the rock. He looked up, and saw the Garchomp staring down at him.

Jetswipe grinned. She slammed her claws down on the boulder. She leapt off as the rock cracked and crumbled on top of her foe.

You don't cross a Garchomp.

The Stained Angel

Name: Angelo Ryan

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Appearance: Angelo is about 6 feet and has a thin muscular build. Because of his fusion he has black pupils and small horns jutting out of his long brown hair. His hair is brown and smooth going all the way down to his back. He has the kind of face and facial expression that calms people and brings them into a state of serenity even if he is usually expressionless. Above his head floats a silver halo that isn't a complete circle but still lives small blur of white as he walks. On his back he has two lines that look like scars and when he wants he can push out jagged brown wings that are crumpled but can support his weight and allow him to hover and even fly sometimes.

Usually he wears a very simple outfit, some brown cloth pants and a cloth hooded shirt that drapes over him and has two slits in the back. Usually he doesn't wear shoes but when he does it is usually a pair of sandals.

History: When he was 6 Angelo suffered a severe brain injury and as a result has memory loss, every time he went to sleep his mind would just forget important details about his life. His father was a scientist and heartbroken that some days even his son couldn't remember who he was. He had heard of this group known as Team Fusion and decided that they were his sons best chance. He joined them as a lead scientist and was exuberant that the genetics worked. He searched for the perfect Pokemon to splice his son with and finally settled on a Shedinja.

At first the Fusion was a complete success and Angelos father couldn't have been happier. Then things took a turn for the worse. Angelo's DNA began reacting in an odd fasion and Angelos body was in conflict with itself. His father did his very best to hide Angelo but to no avail. When his boss found that his sons DNA fusion had resulted in a failure he demanded that the same be done with him that had been done with all the others. His body was to be put in an undisclosed location while it eats itself from the inside out. Angelos earliest complete memories are of waking up alone and confused, he needs to know his past.

Personality: Angelo is a very calm and caring person. He is easily confused and has trouble with people because of his lack of experience with people. Sometimes his old memories return to him and he is given moments of inspiration. He has a natural sense of good and evil though and does whatever it take to persue the happiness of others. He will do what he sees as good until the day he dies. Along with this sense of blind justice Angelo is "Blessed" with a sense of complete and utter ignorance which he sometimes even flaunts accidentaly. People are usually afraid of Angelo because of his appearance and that sometimes hurts him personally and makes him feel alone.

Type of Morph: While in the early stages of his morph his body would change between Shedinja and his human form but as stated before his body went through sever mutation and began eating itself. The reason the DNA was eating itself was because it was making space for both genetic codes to exist in the same form. He always has Shdninjas features showing but they become more and more severe the more he experiences fear, anger, or pure rage. His wings are the only triat he can actually control, he can make them grow larger or shorter depending on what he feels like doing. HE can use some of Shedinjas natural abilities and attacks. (Mind Reader, Confuse Ray, Leech Life, Shadow Ball, Harden, and Substitute)

Extra: Angelo can only remember scraps of his past, he remembers he used to be a normal human, he remember his fathers face although he cant remember exactly who he is, he can remember simple things like his first name and how to read and write. Because of the Fusion he also lost his amnesia but the momories he had lost before weren't recovered.

"Well, I honestly can't say much about the previous happenings… But I have spoken with the council and they feel that the incident may have just been a scare and they are reopening the gyms" Elm said looking over each of their faces.. It had been a few days since Falkners death and the collapse of Sprout Tower. The kids had since then helped clear the rubble and build a monument to Falkner.

"I am glad to see all of you are okay, it is truly remarkable, they were able to take down Falkner but none of you, anyways I brought you all together for one important reason… I have received another letter from my close friend and colleague who I thought had been captured on Mt. Silver." Elm continued still looking intently at each of the new trainers. "He is keeping a close eye on Johto now.. and if anything should happen again then we will be initiating a new plan, one that I believe, and he believes will help Johto and.. The world.. As for what to do now I say you put all of this behind you and continue your journey I mean your no good to anyone just sitting around instead of getting stronger right? I have the utmost faith in you." Elm was holding something back, Cairne knew it but he kept his mouth shut. Gage told Cairne it was the best thing he could do.

The meeting was dismissed and Cairne decided to check on the ruins of Sprout Tower just for one last glance before continuing on to Route 32. The monument there stood tall and proud. It depicted Falkner in what Cairne imagined must have been his prime, on his arm rested a single Pidgey, standing tall with pride. Cairne noticed in the corner of his eye there was a man about his age franticaly writing an a journal while an odd Pokemon was wrapped around his back.

Slakoth
The boy turned and stared at Cairne for a second placing his notebook back into his backpack. "Is that a pokedex you have there?" The boy said with a nuetral expression on his face.

"Yes actually it is... Why do you ask?" Cairne said expressing an equal amount of expression towards the man with the long black hair and the Cubone skull and crossbones on his shirt.

"No particular reason, those are soem nice Pokemonyou have there, are they any good at battling?" The boy said his expression changing to one that was a little more friendly.

"Yes actually they are, I won my first badge just the night before Falkner actually passed." Cairne said with pride.

"Wow, I must say that is an impressive feat.. I remember my first badge, good memories... Yeah I got top two in the Pokemon League in my region and decided to start all over taking only Slakoth here with me... Care for a battle?" The boy grinned confidently.

"Course, just one question though... What's your name?" Cairne said inquisitively.

"You can call me Damian... Alright let's get this started, go Swinub!" He yelled tossing out a Pokemon ball. Cairne lifted his Pokedex to the small creature.

"A ground type eh? Alright, go baron! Use your Ember attack!" Baron jumped forward and shot balls of fire out at Swinub.

"Swinub use Ice Shard!" Swinub shot small shards of ice into the fiery orbs and the two cancelled each other out.

"Wow that Swinubs really strong!" Cairne said in amazment, the ember should've kept going.

"I know, I've been training him hard since he hatched the other day!" Damian said grinning. Cairnes mouth fell agape, no way that's possible!

"Okay Swinub now lets use Powder Snow!" Swinub shot freizing tiny tiny shards of ice at Baron who took the hit pretty hard. He got back to his knees and let out a loud Nuuum.

"Good recovery Baron! Use tackle!" Baron charged at Swinub and knockedhim backwards into a pile of rubble.

"Swinub you use your Take Down!" Swinub jumped from the pile and then began running at Baron as fast as possible.

"Magnitude!" Cairne yelled and Baron stomped the ground sending large chunks of earth under Swinub to knock it back.

"Endure!" Damian yelled before Swinub hit the ground. "Great! Now use Ice Shard! Keep it strong until hes knocked out!"

"Baron use Ember and dont hold back!" Baron began shooting balls of fire non stop from his mouth. The two attacks collided and the stream of ice and fire went back and forth until one side gave completely and Swinub was sent to the ground knocked out entirely.

"You did great Swinub!" He said returning his Pokemon. "Alright now its time for your first battle Magnemite!" He tossed out his ball and a small silver orb with magnets on it popped out of the ball. Cairne pulled out his Pokedex.

Magnemite
"This should be easy!" Cairne said, he had the clear type advantage. But Damian just laughed.

"Type advantage isnt everything!" He said confidently. "Magnimite use Magnet Bomb!" The small Pokemon buzzed and launched a small silver orb in Barons direction.

"Baron Dodge!" Baron rolled out of the way and began running but the small orb continued chasing nhim until it made contact and exploded. "Damn!" Cairne said in surprize. "Baron use your Magnitude attack!"

"Magnet rise!" Damian yelled just in time for his Pokemon to float higher and avoid an oncomming peice of earth.

"Baron, use Ember and then Tackle!" Baron nodded and shot the flamming balls at Magnemite who tried its best to dodge them but ended up getting nailed and knocked lower. Then Baron jumped up and tackled him to the ground.

"Great finish it with your Magnitude now!" Cairne yelled victory was his!

"Iron Defence Magnemite!" Yelled Damian and his Pokemon went completely stiff. When he was slammed by earth he landed back o the ground and then floated back into the air perfectly fine. "Now Magnemite you use Magnet Bomb again!" Just as the ball began to leave Magnemites body Cairne yelled out a loud command.

"Ember now!" He yelled and Baron shot flames at the bomb which ignited in Magnemites face and knocked him back to the ground unconscious.

"Wow, you're going a lot better than I thought you would but now your going to have to fight in the big leagues!" Damian yelled placing Slakoth on the ground. Cairne couldn't help but laugh.

"Thats your big secret weapon? The thing looks like I could barely move let alone fight! Bring it on!" Cairne laughed and Baron Nuuuuumed.

"Yawn Slakoth!" Damian yelled still confident. His Pokemon just stood there scratched its stomach and yawned releasing a big white cloud that engulfed Baron. When the cloud vanished Baron was just sitting there perfectly fine.

"Umm... Alright Baron... Use Tackle!" Cairne ylled and his Pokemon began running at Slakoth. Something was wrong though, his running became slower and slower until eventually he stopped completely and crashed into the ground asleep. "What the hell?" Cairne said confused.

"Faint Attack!" Damian said and his Pokemon dissapeared into darkness. It reapearred behind Baron and grabbed him by the head slamming him down into the ground. Baron went unconscious and Cairne returned him to his ball.

"Alright Ledyba! It's all on you!" Ledyba stood confident and ready for battle.

"Yawn and then Scratch Slakoth!" Damian said and Cairne could feel dread building up inside of him. The yawn attack connected and Ledyba fell to the ground unconscious. Slakoth rolled over to Ledyba and lifted its claw up in the air.

"Comet Punch!" Cairne yelled praying she would wake up. To his amazement Ledyba had actually woken up and proceded to punch Slakoth right in the face. LEdyba kept up her assault knocking Slakoth backwards.

"But how!" Damian yelled confused.

"It must've been Ledybas Early Bird ability!" Cairne yelled remembering his Pokemons ability."Tackle Ledyba!" He yelled and hsi Pokemon broke its punchong combo to knock Slokoth backwards with a headbutt.

"Slack off!" Damian yelled and his Pokemon closed its eyes and began drifting off.

"Stop him Ledyba! use your Comet Punch again!" Cairne yelled and his Pokemon struck Slakoth in the face knocking him far off and onto the ground unconscious. Damian returned his Pokemon and grinned holding out his hand for Cairne to shake.

"Great match man, but I didnt catch your name..." Said Damian pulling out his Notebook.

"I go by Cairne." Cairne said victoriously. Damian pulled out a pen and then on the peice of paper scribbled down in messy hand writing; Remember Cairne and then he underlined it and placed it back into his Pocket.

"Here kid, you could use this more than I could probably." He held out a small package and threw it to him.

Damian walked off towards the Pokemon Center and Cairne unwrapped the parcel. A small note fell out and Cairne read it out loud. Call me if your ever in trouble... And then a number followed. He continued opening up the bag and out came a rock in the shape of a crown Cairne held it up to the sun and smiled... His first rival.

Name:Marcus Straam (Str-a-am)

Gender: Male. Wait a sec! … Yeah, Male.

Age: 18

Appearance:Marcus is about 6'0'' and has a somewhat stocky appearance. He has black hair that is medium long that passes his ears and rest right above his eye, but is always in a mess. The hair on the front of his head is always spiked up naturally. Most of the time, he pushes or wets it down so it will lie flat. As for attire, he usually wears a brown shirt with an black cloak over it, as well as a pair of worn jeans and white sneakers. He also wears a gold earring in his right ear, when he transforms, the earring stays on his body.

Although Marcus can change forms to become a full-Raichu, when he changes into his human form, he is unable get rid of his Raichu tail. Most of the time, he has a hole in the back of his pants which his tail hangs out of. In towns and cities, when it is not dangerous, he doesn't hide his tail. However, when it needs to be hidden, he slides it down a leg of his pants. Although the tail is permanent (As far as he knows) occasionally while shifting from Pokémon to Human form, he may still possess other body parts from a Raichu, such as the ears, electrical sacs, and muzzle.

When he is in Raichu form, he mostly looks like a normal Raichu except for his gold earring.

Personality:Marcus seems confident in himself, often calling others weak (most of the time not directly) or worthless, but this is usually just compensation. A belief that he is and will the best has been with him since his birth. Marcus also gets ticked off if someone calls him weak or worthless, and may go looking for a fight. Although he has accepted his new form (because of the power it has granted him), If someone even mentions his 'condition' in a negative or says that it makes him weaker, he seems to lose all rational thought. Marcus does 'respect' authority in a , just not the way many people would think. If asked to do a task he does not like or want to do, he may twist the order, passing the job onto another person or by finding a loophole in it. A dry, witty, or sarcastic response is the core of most of his conversations and responses. Even in battle, he may go out of his way to make one.

Even though outside of battle he is a bit of a jerk, in combat or battle, he enjoys working in teams and tries as hard as he can to give advice and be the best leader he can be. Even if he isn't in charge, he tries to seek out power over the squad. Many people would say that Marcus has a thirst for power.

Although Marcus tries to act like he has no fear or weakness, he, in fact has many. These fears, just like everyone else, drive Marcus away from people and hinder him. Although most of his fears he faces head on to keep his no weakness attitude, Marcus is deathly afraid of capture or losing. Marcus' fear of capture again is the biggest. He would gladly give up his life or leave someone behind if capture was even a possibility in a situation. While his fear of capture may hinder him, his fear of losing a battle forces him and pushes him to become better.

In times of need, he can become quite resourceful, finding a different and often unexpected route out of it.

History:Marcus was born in the Sevii Islands on Seven Isle. When he was younger, he was an accomplished trainer, setting off at the age of 14 (later then most) with a Bulbasaur as a starter. Even then, he shrived to be the best. He soon battled the 8 gyms of Kanto and went on to the semi-finals in the Championship. Unhappy with his results, he traveled around the Sevii Islands, becoming stronger with every passing day and learning many valuable skills.

After another two years of training and capturing more Pokémon, one of the most noted was a Pikachu he named Volt. Marcus considered Volt to be his best friend, always keeping him outside of his Pokeball. For the next two years, he traversed the Johto region. During this time, he collected the 8 badges as well as helping Volt evolve into a Raichu. 3 days before the Championship started, Marcus mysteriously disappeared and was disqualified from the tournament when he didn't show up. However, the referees didn't know that he was kidnapped by Team Fusion.

They snuck in during the night, first stealing his Pokemon before taking Marcus himself. They cuffed him, placing tape over his mouth and throwing him into an unmarked van before driving away. Marcus fought his captures, squirming and struggling in a desperate attempt to escape. Despite his efforts, one of them stuck Marcus over the head, knocking him out cold.

When he awoke, he was strapped down to some metal table while a strange device lay above him. Frantically he looked around. He was in some cell-like room with a one-way mirror in the corner. Next to him was Volt, strapped to a similar set up, but unmoving. Blood gushed from a few wounds on his body staining his fur red. Marcus' eyes grew wide as he stared at his friend lying before him. Before he could gather up the courage to even say a word, a searing pain traveled up his body, and again he blacked out.

He spent the next month fading in and out of consciousness. Finally, Marcus was able to stay conscious and awoke in a different room. His vision was blurred and every cell I his body seemed to ache. Even with his blurred vision, Marcus could make out two men in white coats standing above him. They said something about "stabilization" and "unseen effects" but Marcus was too much of a daze to tune into the conversation. When the two noticed Marcus was awake, they again, strapped him into another machine. As soon as they turned it on, electricity began to course through his veins, but instead of pain as he had expected, it filled him with a sense of power. The two scientists next began to yell about and an alarm began to screech. Suddenly, the machine exploded, sending debris and smoke everywhere. As more and more smoke began to fill the room, Marcus' pain was growing. Blindly feeling around, he stumbled out of the room, right into the arms of two guards. Without him even thinking, he felt the same power as he did when he was in the machine course through him and in a flash, both of the guards hit the floor, dead.

Marcus ran out of that place as fast as his body would allow. Sirens and shouts followed behind him, but he didn't turn back, and kept running. Once he felt he was a safe distance away, he sat down to take a break. As soon as he did however, a sharp pain traveled up his spine. He jumped back up, turning around to see where the pain had come from. What he didn't expect to see was a Raichu tail sticking out behind him. Marcus ran to a nearby puddle of water. What he saw caused his eyes to go wide with fear. In addition to the tail, fur was sprouting from everywhere from his body and his face was pushing out into a muzzle. He screamed as everything in his body shifted. Within a few moments, a Raichu stood in his place. Promptly, he fainted.

When he regain consciousness, he was back in his human form, although the tail was still there. The next month Marcus spent on the run, finding out more about his new body and trying to get back to his home on Seven Island. When finally he got there, he expected to be a hero, returning from "the dead" and all.

However everyone saw him as an outcast. Marcus has been back on the run ever since.

Type of morph : Raichu. Marcus is able to slip in and out of being a Pokemon, however, when he does so, he is unable to get rid of his Raichu tail or other parts depending on many factors (how tired he is, injured etc.) If he concentrates enough sometimes, everything but the tail will go away. While mostly in control in Raichu form, if he gets overly angry or frustrated, he may lose all rational thought. While in human form, he can stealthily give people a shock similar to a Thunder Wave

Extra: Outside of being in Raichu form,Marcus' sight, smell, and overall senses are much sharper than a normal human.

Name: Adam Peter George Locke

Gender: Male... I think :D

Age: 13

Appearance: Adam has brown hair that is messed up so impressively it looks deliberate, which it usually is. Adam has pale skin, which contrasts greatly against his freckles. He has brown eyes which turn to a sandy yellow towards the outer iris.

Adam is quite tall, but not incredibly tall, and he is quite lean. He wears a Brown jacket over a creamy yellow shirt, and he also wears brown tracksuit trousers. On cold days, Adam will wear a yellow scarf. He always wears gloves, due to the holes in his hands.

Personality: Adam is intelligent and kind, but can be quite timid. He is selfless and charitable, but very sensitive to insults. His intelligence isn't something you'd expect from his type of morph, but he is very creative and fluent in many languages. If he loses his temper, It is a fearsome sight. Despite his lean build, he is very strong, and practices a martial art.

History: Adam lived in a desert region of Maru qith his family, and he often went looking for interesting Pokemon with his Hippowdon, whom he named Virgo, and his Gliscor, named Scorpio. He found and adopted them when they were both unevolved, and he trained them against the Pokemon in the desert. One day, he was training in the desert when Team FUsion kidnapped him. Scorpio fled, but Virgo remained to protect Adam. The two were fused together, and Adam was dumped back in the desert.

Type of Morph: He looked relatively unchanged, but his skin was hard as rock, and he had holes in his hands. He soon realised that he could force sand and rocks out of his palms at colossal speeds and strength. He also grew a lot stronger and more powerful.
