Character's name: Daemon

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Appearance: Daemon is an average-height boy. He usually wears his green short-sleeved sweater and blue jeans. He has short spiky black hair, and dark brown eyes. He carries around a one-shoulder backpack that is coloured scarlet red. It has a small Pokeball on the front of it in grey. Daemon also wears black colored shoes with no laces, as he became to frustrated in tying them each time they became undone!

Bachkround Info.: Daemon did not grow up with many Pokemon. In fact, he only had one Pokemon when he was little. It was his Squirtle, whom Daemon would play and train with everyday. Until one day, on a cold morning in Vermillion City where he lived, he noticed his Squirtle was nowhere to be found.

To this day, he has never found his Squirtle. Daemon has gotten over it, but never really forgets about his Squirtle. Nevertheless, Daemon now at fifteen years old, has caught more Pokemon friends, such as his Infernape who was trained from a little Chimchar, and his Electivire he had when it was an Electabuzz. Also his other Pokemon are his good friends as well. Daemon has been on a constant search for both a metal coat for his Scyther, and a Tropius to fly on as well as having it for a good grass-type for his team. Daemon stopped searching for his Squirtle about three years ago. Though Daemon still misses his Squirtle greatly, having being his first Pokemon he ever had. But his Infernape has pretty much filled up the void that was left by Squirtle.

Lately people have seemed depressed, but Daemon keeps his spirits high. Daemon went to enter a tournament in Johto, but for certain circumstances, he could not enter. So he sits watching as incredible battles take place.

Personality: Daemon is a kind, and out-going person. He likes to act silly and be friendly to others. He rarely gets depressed, but when he does Daemon rarely speaks to anyone.

Daemon loves strong Pokemon, ones that usually base in strength. He enjoys fighting his opponents using strong attacks . His favorite Pokemon type is fire. Daemon thinks they have great power.

Aside being a nice and friendly person, Daemon has a shy streak, and can even be very worrisome. He isn't true hero material at all. Daemon finds it hard to make new friends because he is shy. When he is with friends he is silly and likes to make jokes often! Daemon is also friendly with his Pokemon pals, and is never cruel to them ever. His Pokemon respect him greatly, especially his Infernape Helio.

OK, Dusty, Army, other people *most likely Gallade*, I overlooked Chanchimi's and helped with the SU a bit by giving *constructive* criticism, so I'll say ACCEPTED. SO...

Hopefully you'll allow Daemon to have a shiny, right Dusty? And Daemon's already had these Pokemon at lower levels three years back around the time of the Evergrande Everyblast, so they've grown quite a bit, if that's alright?

Well, you're not on, Dusty, but... I'd still say everything's OK, and all's acceptable (geez, Army, Gallade, where have you guys been all day? O.o).

Plot:

One hundred years ago, an oracle by the name of Sera had a vision that the world would soon be overrun by a great evil. That great evil took the form of a human, and it took advantage of the many Pokemon that were native to the planet. That was the vision Sera had. However, no one ever bothered paying any attention to it, and continued their lives as if nothing was ever going to happen.

It is a year before the present day. A great scientist, known by many as Professor Roy Fang, was nominated for the most prestigious award. However, a day before the award was to be given out, he vanished. No one knows what happened to him, or if he's still alive and out there.

Now it is the present day. The prophecy told by the oracle Sera one hundred years ago is still considered a myth, and everyone continues to go on like nothing would happen. It was then that the sky turned black, as if an evil aura engulfed it. A figure suddenly appeared in that darkness, and he seemed to resemble Professor Fang. The people ask him what had happened to him, but all he did was laugh evilly. He told them their time was short, and that they better prepare for the end. He was then shrouded in the darkness around him, and at once, the sky was normal again.

The people were afraid. They stopped doing anything and just sat around, waiting for their time to come. It was then that the elder of the world, a woman by the name of Cindy, told the people of a second part to Sera's prophecy. She said that Sera saw ten trainers, each any every one known as the "Final Hope". The people asked Cindy if she knew who these trainers were. But sadly, even she did not know who the ten trainers were. "But, they know who they are and they're out there," she assured the people. And thus begins the adventure…

You are one of the ten trainers. You yourself are known as the "Final Hope". You do not know it at first, but the time will come when you learn that you're one of the ten mentioned in Cindy's story. In the beginning, you are nothing else but a trainer, battling those who have hope in their hearts and PokeBalls in their pockets. You also may find and capture any Pokemon native to the region you start in, and eventually build up your team. When you learn of your fate as the "Final Hope", your mission changes completely. You continue to battle trainers and catch Pokemon, but now, you must track down Professor Fang and defeat him before time runs out for everyone…

Rules:

1. PC's RPG rules apply.
2. Please be original; no Pikachus out of their PokeBall. If you want a Pokemon to be out of its PokeBall, you must gain my approval.
3. Try not to post the bare minimum or below. You must at least post one-and-a-half to two paragraphs every post.
4. Do not bash the other RPers. If there's something you don't agree with, then PM me and I'll go over it with you. If anyone bashes someone else, then you're out, period.
5. No Godmodding.
6. Keep posts PG-13. This means limited swearing, limited violence (you may have some blood, but no gore), and vice versa.
7. You may only post if I accept your SU.
8. You are allowed to battle legendaries, and even team up with them, but you may not capture them. Plus, if you wish to battle them, your battle must be at least 10 paragraphs long in at least five posts. No questions asked.
9. If you are inactive for two weeks, you're out. No questions asked. If you're going to be away, PM me so I know you still want to be part of the RP. Also PM me if you wish to quit due to a busy schedule or you just get bored of this RP.

Regarding the Pokemon, if you begin to choose with two or three, two of them can be on your second stage. If you release one, you may capture another, but don't have the one you released join your team again. And try to make the levels reasonable. This especially applies to anyone who chooses to be a young trainer. It is highly unbelievable if you have three level 50 Pokemon if you're only 10, unless you give a REALLY GOOD explanation in your history. And finally, your Pokemon can learn any move they can learn via Move Tutors, TMs/HMs, etc.
