-Falste-

When the fire cleared, all the Pokemon were unharmed. Pearl was the only one to have taken damage from Pursuit. The Thunder attacks had yet to strike.

"Well, well, well. Surely you forgot Glacia's Pokemon used Protect? They all weren't damaged by any of your attacks, including Screech. Pearl did get hit by Pursuit, but we all have to make sacrifices. And while we're at it, Glacia had another Pokemon up her sleeve." Falste then pointed to a Sharpedo, which was right beside the Espeon. It bit down on the barrier, shattering it into small pieces. The shards rained down on Espeon, dealing massive damage. The Sharpedo went back to Glacia's side.

"Surely you know Sharpedo can learn Feint, correct? Glacia had it with her just in case. And now, the Thunder attacks can hit. And if you even try Protect again, you'll know what'll happen..."

Eltie 4

"Heh, guess i did forget." Aaron chuckled evily. "And speaking of sacrifices, the one i made a while ago will come in handy! Charizard, use Golems fainted body to absorb the Thunders!"

Charizard flew over to the Golem and held it over its head. Since Golem was part Ground type, the Tunder did nothing to his already fainted body.

As the shards hit, Espeon faded into the air, and out of sight. "Thats a little trick my Master taught me. Always have a Double Team ready." As Aaron uttered the final sentence, at least 100 Espeon clones came pouring out from behind him.

"Now that Protect of yours will fade any second now. And when it does, my army of Espeon will send hundreds, upon thousands of Swift attacks at you." Aaron said devilishly.

Aaron sat back to buy time until the Protect barrier fell. And when it did, the room filled with stars. Unavoidable stars that were going straight toward the oppenent.

(Um.... It's Golem's GROUND attribute that makes Thunder ineffective. Electric moves can still do damage to Rock types, just as long as the Rock types don't have Ground as a second type.)

-Falste-

"Hello? Swift? My Pokemon are GHOST types? Normal moves don't do anything to Ghost types ring a bell?" Falste shook his head. "You really are stupid, you know that?" By then the rain had stopped.

"Glacia, now!" Glacia stepped foward.

"Glalie! One of you! Hail!" Hailstones began to fall. Every Pokemon took damage besides the Ice types, but that didn't seem to bother Falste.

"The other Glalie! Blizzard! And both of you Sealeo, use Sheer Cold!" The room immediately became frigid. No Pokemon, not even Falste's, could escape. But, that's why I have my own plan up my sleeves.... Falste thought to himself. His Ghost Pokemon all vanished, leaving only Shade.

"Shade, return!" Shade went back into the PokeBall. Even if Pursuit hit it, it wouldn't do much due to the fact Shade was also a Dark type.

"Now who says i was aiming for your pokemon?" Aaron said soflty. "And while Glacia was having an ice party over here, her pokemon took the full brute of Swift."

Aaron began to chuckle slightly as all the stars swooped down on the ice pokemon. "Now, to take care of this pesky cold. I get sick so easily." Aaron said, he was obviously toying with his opponents.

"Charizard, Sunny Day!" Aaron called. Chairzard's attack nulled out the effects of Hail, but Sheer Cold took its toll. Honchkrow was hit by the One-Hit KO move.

"Well now, thats unfortunate." Aaron said coldly.

-Falste-

"Shade, come one out and use Rain Dance. Everyone else, appear." Shade came out and rain began splashing down again to null Sunny Day's effect. Falste then recalled Shade for the time being. He nodded in Glacia's direction.

"Sealeo, both of you, Fissure!" She demanded. "And Glalie, Protect on everyone just in case," she whispered. The ground began to shake, but Falste was fine. His Pokemon were all levitating off the ground. He knew the Charizard and Dusknoir couldn't be hit, but the Espeon and Umbreon could. Most likely it'll miss, but I have a backup plan, he thought to himself.

"Everyone, stay on guard!" he shouted. The Pokemon looked at him and nodded, then turned back and prepared themselves.

The bright sunlight was soon replaced by a freezing rainstorm. The fissure called out by the oppoaing team luckily soared right past his two grounded pokemon.

"Ergg... Your becoming quite the annoyance." Aaron said in an annoyed tone. "Good thing I brought these, just in case."

Aaron gave Golem and Honchkrow a Max Revive, and sprayed everybody else with a full restore. "Ahh! Good as new!" Aaron said happily.

"Now then, lets end this now." Aaron said. He threw out a stun grenade into the group of pokemon. A yellowish air surrounded the enemy.

"That is a Stun Grenade, my friend. Same basic efect as Stun Spore, but guarantees full paralysis on the pokemon AND trainer! Bwahahaha!" Aaron said with a hearty evil laugh.

"Now then, your all recovered so lets begin again." Aaron said with an evil grin. He waited for the Protect to fade and called out his attacks

"Charizard, Blast Burn!"

"Espeon, PsyBeam!"

"Umbreon, Dark Pulse!"

"Dusknoir, Dark Pulse!"

"Honchkrow, Sky Attack!"

"Golem, Explosion!"

Aaron called of each of the most powerfull attacks his pokemon could muster. With the pokemon AND trainers at full paralysis, this battle was as good as done.

-Falste-

"Pathetic..." Falste muttered. The light faded, and every single Pokemon stood strong. Falste and Glacia were holding some empty Full Restores, and the Walrein had been rejuvenated.

"Well, you really thought it would work? I told my Pokemon to hold back. To use Protect, of course. Everything missed, end of story. Oh, and while you were so sure of yourself, we used Full Restores to fully heal our Pokemon, and I gave Glacia one of my many Max Revives. But, you seemed so sure of yourself. How sad." Falste shook his head.

"But I believe it's all over for you now... The rain is still pouring, after all... Wisp, Zeus, Thunder all over the field! Glace, Taunt on every single opposing Pokemon! Shade, Dark Pulse on Dusknoir! Yang, use Dark Pulse on Espeon! Pearl, Mean Look on Umbreon and then Perish Song on it!" The attacks came in a flurry.

I have a backup plan. Glacia's aware of it too... Falste thought.

Claudia
Sindey's room

Claudia began to laugh. "Ahahahaha! You honestly think that pathetic attack will work?! Roserade, drain that Thunder with Giga Drain!" Rosrade did as commanded, used it's attack, and abosorbed the electricity without harming itself. "Now Roserade, use Weather Ball on that pitiful Mightyena! Miltoic, use Water pulse on Likitung! Alakazam, use Miricale Eye on that Mightyena! Gardevoir, Focus Blast! Starmie, Light Screen! Vespiquen, Destiny Bond!" All of her pokemon followed orders. The eached use the designated move set by their trainer.
I know I will lose against Norm, Sidney, I have beaten before, but my mission was not to win, but to stall! she thought to herself.

Dusty
Hall of Fame room

"Kit, I need you and Phoebe to evacuat this building. I have a plan, and it aint pretty. I need you to do whatever it takes to get everyone, even the admins out, except, Flade and myself. Understood?" he ordered in a hurried tone. His plan was to defeat Flade once and for all. He KNEW, that if anyone stayed, they would die too. He sent out his Venomoth, and began to speak to it, petting to comfort the flustered pokemon.
"It's ok Venomoth, we fought a great deal of battles. As long as we're gone, no one can enter the temple."

Flade and Renae
Steven's room

Flade grinned at his Magmortar. "You seem to forget that my Magmortar specializes in far ranged attacks, like, Psychic on Machamp!" Magmortar's eyes glew light blue, wrapped Machamp, and threw the four armed pokemon off. It then countered all of the other attacks with a flurry of Thunderpunch and Fire punch.
Renae commanded her Aggron to do the same With it's Thunderpunchand Dragon Claw.

"Ugh... No way. Sorry, I know you're a sage and all, but I kinda wanna be part of the action. It's boring just... watching these other guys fight. The evolution of the trade seemed the most interesting..."

-Rydia-

I have to do this... Rydia thought.

"Hydra, come on out!" The Gyarados sparkled as it flew out. It looked at Rydia with a confused look; she only sent Hydra out as Rydia when she was to fly to places.

"Hydra, Dragon Dance! Then, Hydro Pump on the Magmortar! If that fails, make sure Machamp is freed!" Hydra one again looked at her with a confused expression, but Rydia nodded.

"Everyone else, come on out!" All her other Pokemon appeared, strong as ever.

"Interesting team, eh? A friend lent me these guys..." Rydia muttered.

Flade and Renae
Steven's room

The image of the Gyarados clicked. Flade's expression grew from battle excitement, to mass fury. The room suddenly got fire hot. The water from the Hydro Pump evaporated. The room started to shake as well. Flade raised his right hand, and spoke. "Ha.....ha ha...... haha hahahaha Ahahahahahahaha!!!" he began to laugh maniacly. The ground began to break. Suddenly, the ground exploded from below, and what sufraced, was indeed one of the two legendary pokemon he had sealed away so man years ago. Heatran. "Well, 'Rydia', Steven, dear boy. It seems as though it's over for you all. Heatran, unleash your most powerful attack, Magma Storm." the beast obeyed it's newly found trainer, and a maelstrom of lava explded within the room, blastin all pokemon but Flade and Renae's.

"Whoa..." Rydia muttered. "Everyone, return!" She recalled every one of her Pokemon, which were all near to fainting, except for Hydra, who hadn't taken much damage, and Shiruva and Kay, who had fainted.

"Sorry, Mr. Dom, Mr. Steven, but I only got these guys yesterday. To tell the truth, I stole 'em from a badguy who was dressed similarly to these guys! I don't think I can handle them, and I know it's bad giving them back to a badguy, but... It's my only option!" Rydia then fled from the room, fear in her eyes. She ran all the way to Glacia's room, where she saw the battle commencing there.

"That was close..." Rydia muttered. "That was a legendary..."

"What are you talking about, girl?" Falste said over to her. His hearing was quite good for someone his age.

"The leader, Flade... He has a Heatran..."

"Does he, now? Hmm..." Falste then took out a whistle of some sort and blew into it. An eerie sound came out of the whistle.

"Now we wait..." he muttered.

Aaron
Elite 4

"You're really becoming a thorn in my side..." Aaron said, gritting his teeth. "It's lucky for you my mission was to buy some time for my master. Our constant back and forth of attacks has only furthered our ingenious plan!

Aaron waited for any and all protective barriers to fall and threw out a smoke ball and stun grenade. He ran from Glacia's room to his next designated room. He almost began to fight his next opponent when he heard a familiar pokemon from the Champions Room

Ryder's Gyrados?!..Well if she's helping Flade, then so am I! He thought to himself. He shoved Phoebe out of the way and headed to the Champion's Room.

-Rydia-

"Well, Aaron's gone now..." Rydia muttered. She then heard a strange roar from outside.

"C'mon, kid, let's go to the champion's room!" Falste shouted at her.

"No can do! I need to heal my Pokemon!" Rydia called. "I'll meet you then, though!"

"OK, then!"

-Falste-
*Champion's Room*

"Flade, Flade, Flade. Still messing with Fire, eh? Honestly, why is Fire always evil and never Water? And your Heatran, how interesting it is. But, do you think it can stand up to my greatest Pokemon of all?" Falste taunted. He noticed Aaron.

"Hmph. Helping your master. You really are weak. You wouldn't be battling together if you had enough confidence to battle on your own. The same goes for you, Flade. I thought you were powerful, but seeing how you call your peons to help you is just pathetic!"

Aaron, Norm and Dom
Champion's Room

"Why you! Keep your insolent mouth SHUT!" Aaron shouted. He walked over to his masters side. "Master, I know i heard Ryder's Gyrados. Where is she?"

In all the chaos, Dom recalled his pokemon, but still kept his battle stance ready, just in case.

Norm had heard the commotion from his battle room and left, mid-battle, for the Champion's Room.

When he arrived he took point next to Falste. "Well, well Flade. It seems as though you've got your Heatran." Norm said in a suprisingly calm tone.

"What i want to know is, why are you here?"

-Falste-

Falste turned to Norm.

"Please tell me you have a plan..." Falste muttered to Norm. The room grew dark, as if engulfed in shadow.

"Well, it's here," Falste smiled. "Now, are you ready for utter darkness? Even fire can't light the darkest of the dark."

-Kit-

Kit, seeing how she really wasn't given anymore orders, ran into the champion's room. She looked around. The girl was gone, but three evildoers were there, as well as two of the good sages.

"Huh. So this is where all the action is," she said. She ignored the darkness around her. "Well, I guess this is where I can have fun, then..."

Flade
Steven's room

Flade smirked. "Fire isn't my only speacialty, dear Falste. Remeber we each sealed TWO pokemon, not just one." moments after he said those words, the ground began to shake once more. Again, a pokemon bursted from above, and landed next to Flade. "Say hello to Groudon."

Dusty
Hall of Fame room

"Well, seems as though it's almost time to use my secret weapon. The only weapon that's not a pokemon." Dusty said aloud. He turned to Norm all the way in Sidney's room. "Hey! Norm, can you do me one last favor!? Get these people out of here! Leave Flade and myself! If you dont then you, and everyone else will be killed!" he shouted angrily.

-Falste-

Falste felt the ground rumble.

"Hmph. Won't do anything to MY Pokemon, though. After all, it has the Levitate ability. And just so you know, Ghost isn't my only specialty, either..."

-Kit-

Kit heard Dusty call from the Champion's room to Norm. If you think I'm outta here, you're crazy! I ain't leaving 'til Falste is... she thought to herself.

-Rydia-
*Main part of E4 HQ*

Rydia felt the ground shake quickly. Oh no, Groudon's being released, she thought to herself.

"This is bad..." she muttered. She ran out of the building as quick as possible.

"Back to training! Hydra, let's go off to train Shiruva!" she shouted, flying off into the distance.

Norm
Champions Room

"YES SIR DUSTY!" Norm yelled out. "Falste, Dom, Kit! C'mon!"

Dom didn't hesitate to get out of the area. He knows when danger is around.

"Hah, if you really think I'm going to, you can forget it!" Aaron said.

"Oh, I figured such." Norm said. "I guess I'll just have to take you by force."

Norm's Snorlax and Ursaring each grabbed either Aaron or Rydia and forced them out of the building.

(Rydia's gone already O.o)

-Falste-

If you think I'm leaving, you're crazy!" Falste shouted. "Gami, unleash your might! SHADOW FORCE!!!" All of a sudden, a flying creature appeared out of nowhere and headed straight towards the Heatran.

"How d'ya like that, Flade? And, I have another Pokemon up by sleeves. It ain't over yet!" He blew into a different whistle. It made a sad tune this time.

"My other sealed Pokemon will come soon..." Falste muttered.

-Kit-

"I'm not going. I didn't get to do anything. And besides, it'll be interesting to test my power against such people. I'll probably lose, but then again, who knows?"

Dusty, Palkia, Dialga
Steven's room

Palkia grabbed Giratina, forcing it to stop. Dialga used Water Pulse to knockdown Heatran and Groudon. Dusty's loving, worried, flustered expression, was gone. It was now cold, darker than that of Giratina, and more threatening than Groudon's.
He began walking down the steps, one at a time, slowly. "I warned you all once, and I will no longer do so. Either get out now, or be killed, by me, personally." The room around them began to warp it's form. Dusty held up the legendary sealing medallion that the Sages used many years ago. All of the legends suddenly dispersed and were sent back to their temples. The entire Ever Grande City area began to rumble.
"My weapon was not my pokemon. It was not my killing stare, my legendary power, but a bomb. Not just one, but forty. Big enoguh to wipe this place from the planet. Since none f you left, you are all going to be killed, unless, you leave now." His pokemon had a hold on Flade. Flade couldn't move. Flade was trapped.
