Hehe, thanks again! Well I tried to see if I could get it to fit in 400 x 200. It was kinda of hard. I had to shrink it and make it fit, but I think I did okay. XD
 
You did great! I shrink things all the time in photoshop to make them fit =3
 
Yeah some reason this picture was wider than higher. So when I try to change the width, it changes the height a lot! So I couldn't get it to fit too well at first. But I kept on trying, and I did it. =D

I love Photoshop.
 
If you hold down the shift key when you are resizing the picture will not get distorted. Just be sure to make it smaller by using the corners.
