If you can rename Shinx, Luxio and Luxray...What names should they be?
Shinx = Strix = Streak + Sphinx [I'm not good with names]
Luxio = Unlike some of you, Luxio reminds me of Quilava...and Luxio is a Kewl name
Luxray = The Name looks cool enough [and I can't even think of a name D:]
To be honest, I like all the names...so yeah, I like it...xD

It is... Shinx and Luxray are pretty nice names that they've come up with. Just look at some of the other 4th gen Pokemon names to see the lack of imagination.

Shinx was pretty clever, I think. Luxio is just a direct romanization of the Japanese name (Rukushio).

Firstly, because it looks adorable. I mean, even it's cry is adorable....

And Shinx just wouldn't be as adorable without that cry.
