I became one of 10 new Moderators on January 13th, 2004 (...thanks to that old "mod test" or whatever) and was promoted to Super Moderator sometime in September 2004. I still remember when Kairi/Abby told me about it over AIM. I totally flipped out, heh.
What is it about Pokémon that attracted you here?
Uh, actually...I used to stalk the forums and steal pictures from peoples' signatures to put on my website. I was such a n00b. XD; Eventually I decided to join, and became hooked because everyone was so friendly. The Pokémon stuff was only a bonus.

When did you join PC?
May 6, 2006, sometime in the afternoon. I believe it was a day off for me, and I had nothing better to do. I found PC by doing a Google search for "Pokemon forums" and PC was one of the first two that I saw. I was somewhat addicted to Pokemon forums after joining SPPf.

I also joined another forum the same day, but PC is the only forum I remain active on. Because I love power.

When you first got promoted what section did you get?
The same one I have now: Pokemon Fanfiction. It's only recently been changed to PFF&P, but when I was modded, it was Pokemon Fanfiction.

I was promoted to my modship November 4, 2007 around 11:00 at night after coming home from work. I remember being unable to sleep that night.

How many times have you been promoted?
Twice, if one would enjoy counting that time that I was demoted for a week back in September. I'm still wondering why I came back. I think I was paid. But I got my same old section back, and the regular members rejoiced. Now they're trying to kill me.

What is it about pokemon that attracted you here?
I originally joined because I loved the ideas of forums, where fans from all over the world could communicate over a common bond. After a while, my interest in Pokemon has died down to where I have no idea what's going on anymore, but I still hang around because people won't let me leave. And I write my fics, and would like to get readers for them. So I bug people by going "read my non-existent fics!"

Outside of PC, I mostly work as a general all-around grocery store employee. I should be a bagger at the store, but instead I cover most of the various departments in the place because they don't feel like hiring people. Sometimes I act like a manager there, but I don't get paid enough to deal with all that. So I hide in the back room for a few hours.

I have a college degree, which I got this May. I want to go back to college to get a degree in Health Inspection and become a state health inspector, but I'm having difficulties finding a college around me with that degree program. So I'm waiting until I move down south to go back to college...maybe.

I'm not all work and no play. My favorite thing to do is be outside. I either take my dog for a walk in the woods to clear my head, or else I grab a notebook and pen and write my fanfics, or else I read. Reading is mainly what I'm known for, since everyone sees me with a book in my pocket and perhaps another one in my hands. My favorite author is Orson Scott Card, and he gets specific mention because honestly, my life is nothing without his books.

I sincerely hope no one relates to this. D:
 
When did you join PC? I may have joined the original PC but I cannot recall however I do remember getting an email saying the site was up and re registered. I have no clue when that was though so I just use the Oct 8 2003

What is it about pokemon that attracted you here? At the time I fangirled over Ash but not anymore.

I am a tech rep in a call center for Dish Network
When I was in college, I took computer programming

The games and the mangá. I never really liked the anime that much, but I'm still a dedicated player and reader even today.

such as things you like to do, I spend all day playing videogames, reading mangá and watching anime. I also have probably stalked every member in this board. It'd be accurate to say I dedicate 90% of my life to my hobbies and 10% to my health.
anything that we the normal members can relate to I'll just leave a final message: Staff Members are just as human as you are- they just have a few less restrictions than you. I can't say for all of the staff, but I used to hate when people treated me as a higher leveled being or the second coming of Christ. And that's it.
