Good choices, but I don't know who Krystal is, and Tom Nook seems unlikely. If they put in Shadow, then they would have to put in other Sonic characters, like Knuckles. Bowser Jr. seems like a good idea, maybe they could put in Baby Mario and Baby Luigi too. I also like the choice of Paper Mario. Pac Man could be possible, as Nintendo have started putting in third-party characters. Megaman also seems like a good character, but maybe unlockable. Also, you might have to unlock Shadow, Paper Mario and Pac Man. The Mii would be good if you could use Miis you created.

My suggestions would be:

Cooking Mama (I know you might laugh at this one, but she has been in quite a few games.)

Knuckles

A Goomba

Giratina.

PS. I agree with Turtwigtoon, I like to play as King Dedede, so I hope he makes it to the next game. Maybe Nintendo could think about removing Ness or Lucas. Hopefully not both of them.

There are a couple characters I would like to see. For one, Captain Rainbow/Nick. Just think about it, Captain Rainbow is perfect. Miis would be awesome, too. Maybe Birdo. I would like to see Megaman in there though (mainly so I can pumel him because I hate him).

Of course there will. The Super Smash Bros. series is an extremely successful series that Nintendo will want to continue because of the money they'll make from it. So don't even consider that Brawl was the end of it because it's not going to stop anytime before a furth and fifth game. In fact I'm suprised they haven't tried a portable version.

As for new characters? Obviously Shadow, include Tails or Knuckles not both though. I really don't like the idea of adding Bowser Jr or anymore Mario characters for two reasons, firstly there are lots of people who like Nintendo games but not Mario and they wouldn't be too pleased about a single series' characters and secondly (very similar to the first reason) I don't think it's a good idea to have too many characters from a single series. As for the Pokemon characters, maybe remove Jigglypuff and put in a fourth gen Pokemon trainer or a female Pokemon trainer and possibly call the original Pokemon trainer Red. Waluigi sounds like a good idea and maybe some of the other characters that are assist trophies.
 
The characters I want in the next Smash Bros. Game are Mewtwo,( He needs his revenge ) Deoxys, ( I already know a good moveset for him ) and most characters other people already said like Shadow, etc. But I hate Megaman so much!
 
I would like to see Wolf Link and Midna in the next SSB... Or not, 'cause unless they make a Twilight Princess sequel, it would be pretty outdated. :< But none the less, Wolf Link is a good character, his attack power and speed would probably be slightly higher than Link's to make up for the lack of far-range weapons. Unless Midna can help and attack with her black magic. Their final smash would obviously be that Midna would catch all near foes in her black magic and Link would throw them all off stage (kinda like the special B attack in Twilight Princess, but slightly more powerful)

And Female Pokemon trainer, to counter Red's Pokemon. Blaziken, Grovyle and Mudkip are my choices to work with the same method as Red's pokemon (final fire, 2nd grass and first water) other options are Typhlosion, Bayleef and Totodile and the 4th gen. As much as I like the Johto starters, I think they lack a bit of 'brawl' potention compared to Hoenn starters. Blaziken's jumping ability can make up for it's lack of flying ability unlike Charizard. And I don't like the fourth generation. XD

I can't think of any other characters right now. But people seem to miss Roy, so give them Roy back. XD

Although, I would love to see an anime-related SSB. But since they are not owned by nintendo....or didn't appear in a Nintendo game, that's a no-no. Although It's nice to think about it.
 
LINK FOR SURE! I've played with link practically my entire life! ever since the first Super smash brothers game came out. I've played as link ever since. My second favorite is Pichu. It is hard to use since it hurts it's self every time it uses it's specialty, but he's fast. but they got rid of him in Brawl T-T I tried using Pikachu one time, but it just wasn't the same.... T-T

My main man is Mario, he's easy to use and that cape can turn the tide of a match in seconds, and his fireballs can rack up the damage.

No.2 is Ness, good use of PK Thunder and his other moves can really make him a dominating force. And I like his win poses.

No.3 is Marth, my least used main. I use him as a backup and the fact that he is higher tiered that the other 2. Also he has the sword.

I sometimes use Luigi, Wario and Mr Game and Watch.
 
Don't play Brawl, really.

Melee's my favorite game of all time though. Use a bunch of people in this game.

And I'm also sure someone else besides me knows what wavedashing is.
 
1st character choice: Wolf. Badass. Period. He has pretty general attacks but I can't get enough of him, plus he fights the same way I would given I was...er..a Brawl..character...and..a four legged canine. Hmm.

2nd choice: Ike. Slow, yeah, he's no Roy that's for sure (WHY ROY, WHY!?!) But I consider his strength and my agileness on the classic controller with movement to be a great asset. Plus his final smash is syck.

3rd choice: Pit/Mario/Falco/Link. Yeah it varies :P

Fast at dodging, his dash-grab game can be nasty.

Secondary Selection: DIDDY KONG???

Yah, man. Totally kawaii... I love those ALIEN movies and loads of people get annoyed by Short Stuff's face-hugging antics. *Glomp!* And the bananas and pink hat? Less than three! <3

Alternate #3: Mr. Game & Watch

I never dodge! Hah! But the aerial attacks in replacement of dodging are faster, and only video games have a shield that can at times be used to attack or cause damage.
Why could this not be in SSB?

Alternate #4: Pikachu

Rarely using Thunder, I tend to be mediocre as this yellow-stained fuzzball.

Alternate #5: Zero Suit Samus

Not much to say here really. Random anime smiley?

Alternate #6: Pokemon Trainer

Charizard as lead? May just be a good thing I rarely use this green beret. SNAFU!

Eh? Brawl is like 50 times btter with more characters and better graphics, That statement confuses me.
 
First Pick: Falco, I can beat many as Falco (well, my friends anyway)

Alternate 1: King Triple D! His power turns battles thanks to some items (Deku Nuts especially, ask Charizard19)

Alternate 2: Olimar, his Pikmin variety could change the battle if used correctlt

Alternate 3: Kirby: Who can forget the little pink furball? His attacks are quick, but his hammer really helps me in a batte.

Also, MudkipBlader, you're idea of Wolf-Link could be possible. I mean, Zelda into Sheik was only in Ocarina of Time, but its still in Brawl.

Short hop, air dodge with the stick held down, especially used to make quickly distance from the oponnent.

In brawl it's impossible, but I prefer brawl because it's less cruel for the player's fingers :nervous:

I play pikachu as main character because I've alway played it, and spamm with it's aerial neutral A (when you mastered the short hop you get it) *.*

As second character I think link isn't bad 'cause of his clawshot (Z-air, sorry for the tricky terms =s) and because he's got good aerial moves, because his jumps are very low...
