...I think that's it for games I've played. Don't have a favourite in ToS2.

It's hard to have a favorite in ToS2, considering that there aren't that many new people in the game. XD; If I had to pick someone from the second game though, it would have to be Emil, or Alice. The blondes... how ironic. >_>;

Tales has got to be my biggest obsession since my childhood Pokemon phase. I've noticed there's a pretty big fanbase here on Pokecomm too. xD

I hope Tales of Graces doesn't disappoint. :/ The six characters revealed so far look pretty original for the most part. The story seems like it's heading in the right direction too.

Awesome. ^^ So favorite characters...

Symphonia: Mithos. Definitely.
ToS2: Aster, Ratatosk, Emil, and Aqua. Mostly Aster. <3 Hell, I liked a lot of the characters here.
Abyss: I don't think I have one. o_o I thought Sync was kind of neat?
Vesperia: God, I don't know. xD Duke was cool, and a total creeper.
Destiny: Haven't played it tbh, but I love my little blonde mullet-head. :D

...yeah, I need to play the older games.

If you can try Phantasia (GBA), Destiny and Eternia [Destiny II in NA] (PSX).

I actually borrowed Phantasia from a friend of mine, but I couldn't really get into the gameplay. As for Destiny, I'm dying to get my hands on it, and Eternia would be nice as well.

I just wish more of them had been released here, though I guess the fanbase outside of Japan isn't all too impressive.

I recommend the PS1 version of Phantasia better, the gameplay it's 1000 times better, there's a translation patch for that one, the problem it's that I don't know how to apply the patch, to the console, only to the emulator.

Well, I took your word for it and downloaded/patched the ROM. Almost got it totally working, I just have to mess with the sound plugin a bit more.

It's sad. I mean, I'm all for the big titles like Final Fantasy, but I've never seen characters and storylines as deep as those in Tales.

I heard about the deal with Eternia/Destiny 2 as well. I think it's kind of funny - everyone knows Reid is Stahn's real son.

Mn. I don't really have much to contribute for the actual topic right now, but I do want to say that Tales of Grace does look interesting. :D And it'll be for the Wii too, yaaaay~ -was kind of upset that Vesperia was for the 360; never got to really play it because of that.-

I can't see to see what Mithos looks in the OVA~ They showed Presea, Zelos, and Regal in the preview, but I'm guessing to avoid "spoilers" (Like there will be? xD; ) they didn't show Mithos. -has a feeling she will squeak a lot when Mithos is shown.-

Oh God me too. Mithos McSpandex has always been my favorite villain in anything, ever. xD

Yeah. I know about the Vesperia Movie ( I have a friend who's her favorite Tales of Game is ToV). However, I'm much more excited for ToS OVA: Tethe'alla Arc, because ToS is my favorite game. That, and it's coming in October. XD; So the new for that has been out for a while.
