Zorro grinned at the far end of the corridor and pressed a button. The exits were locked and was reinforced with the hardest metal found the the kingdom. Zorro locked himself in with the others, but he didn't attack.
"The King told me to do some modifications. Maybe now you can calm down and listen to me." Zorro said coldly, "I locked myself in with you not because I want to suicide - a three on one will most likely kill me. I just want to make things clear before moving on."
Zorro made a deep breath and started his story, "My mother died when I was young. She was the true master of illusions, and she was much, much stronger than I am now. When she died, I ran away from home. My father then had a serious sickness and died later on. In the Dark Kingdom, it is the survival of the fittest. The rich got richer, the poor got poorer. I told myself that I must live on, and meditated and trained 24/7. Soon someone recognized my power and payed me to do various things. They pay me to steal. Some of them even paid me to kill. I did not want to do it, but if I didn't, I would die hungry on the streets like a poor orphan. I had no choice. So I continued my life as a bounty hunter. People were afraid of me. They thought my arrival meant death for someone. I didn't want that to happen at all. But what else can I do? I had no food. No money. I started from nothing. Then I started assassinating for the richer ones. But their rewards weren't enough. IN the Dark Kingdom, the rewards are lower than ever. I was just doing my job in order to continue living my life."
"I eat one meal per day instead of three. And then I met Luna - a 9 year old Zorua. I was supposed to kill her, but I didn't. She left her family like I did. She is the only one in the Kingdom that could see through my disguise. She has the talent that my mother had, and has the potential to be a great Zoruark. She melted my heart and I decided to take care of her. I decided to train her, to be the next Master of Illusions. I haven't eaten in days, just because I want to save some money for Luna. She's only nine, she can't take care of herself yet, so I have to work extra hard with my missions. I finally have something to live for.
"I do not support the deserters, but I do not support the war either." Zorro told everyone, "What I need isn't war nor peace. I just need some money so I can take care of Luna. And if the war ends..." he sighed, "There won't be anything left for me to do. I am just doing my job, and I hope you will understand the situation I am in now, and stop treating me like a villain. The king ordered me to capture Angel and offered me a reward. For the reward - for Luna, it must be done."
Zorro pressed the button again, and walked out of the corridor, then the doors were locked once again, "The doors are immune to anything. Only an ELECTIC-TYPE pokemon with the move Thunder can open the door. Luna will starve if I don't get anything for her, and I can't get anything for her if I can't finish any missions...but since you want Angel that much, If you can open the door, I will not stop you. I bid you farewell."
Then 'Zorro' dissapeared. It was all an illusion created by him. But what he said was real, very real.
He left the castle and stopped at a berry store outside.
"20 oran berries please." Zorro told the shopkeeper.
"That will be 10Dark Dollars (DD)." he replied. Zorro took out his last 10DD and handed them to the shopkeeper. Soon he would not have enough money. With the bag of berries he walked into the jungle slowly.
