Spoiler:

-Fought all the trainers in Route 44, west of Mahogany, and entered the Ice Path.

-After some slipping and sliding, got the HM for Waterfall.

-After many more ice puzzles and aimless running around, assists the Kimono Girl and exits the Ice Path, arriving in Blackthorn City.

-Battled all of the trainers south of Blackthorn and did a bit of training in the grass.

-Entered the Gym and took on all of the trainers.

-Made it to the end of the Gym where we were challenged by Clair. Gyarados is taken down by poison from Dusk's Sludge Bomb after taking down Dusk, Clair's first Dragonair was taken down by Bessie, Kingdra was taken down by Tessa, and Bessie, Clair's second Dragonair was taken down by Dusk (used a revive). However, instead of getting a badge, instead we got another challenge. Oh, joy.

-Entered the Dragon's Den and took down a couple trainers before making it to the back and taking the test assigned by the Elder.

-After some meaningless drama, finally received the 8th and final gym badge of Johto! (On top of that, we also got the TM for Dragon Pulse)

-Upon leaving the Dragon's Den, we get a call from Professor Elm, who gives us the Master Ball at his lab.

-Enters the Ecruteak Dance Theatre where we meet Rival Luther once again, who was defeated by the Kimono Girls.

-Took down Umbreon with Bessie, took down Espeon with Bessie and Billy, took down Flareon and Jolteon with Leah, and took down Vaporeon with Honey and Tessa. Obtained the Clear Bell from the Kimono Girls.

-Scaled the Bell Tower and reached the top where the Kimono Girls awaited our arrival. The Kimono Girls began to dance, and the legendary Ho-oh was summoned to the top of Bell Tower.

-Managed to take down Ho-oh with Tessa, Dusk, and Bessie. Flew back to Blackthorn City and picked up a Dratini for the sole purpose of using Waterfall, and nothing else.

-Flew to Newbark Town and traveled over into Kanto through Tohjo Falls. Fought through the many trainers and made it to Victory Road's entrance.

-Trained the team in and out of Victory Road before trekking through Victory Road and making it to the end where Rival Luther awaits us.

-Honey took down Sneasel, Leah took down Golbat and Magneton, Bessie took down Feraligatr, Dusk took down Kadabra and Haunter. Defeated Rival Luther!

-Arrived at the Indigo Plateau.

-Trained the team to fight the Elite 4, along with using a Nugget on the 5th floor of the Goldenrod Department Store to buy TMs and one at the Pokemon League to buy more items.

-Waiting in the Pokemon League, where the Elite 4 awaits us...

Update #7

- I did all of the stuff at Mt. Pyre and wrecked Team Magma's base off of Lilycove City.

- I surfed over to Mossdeep City, collected Dive from Steven's house, and my Sharpedo (SHARKCHOMP) destroyed the Gym there.

- I then followed Team Magma to the Seafloor Cavern and took down Maxie. After that, Maxie woke up Groudon. I headed straight for the Cave of Origin, picked up Waterfall, and my SHARKCHOMP made short work of the Legendary Groudon (3 hit KO).

- I went to fight Wallace's Gym soon after and even when my Tropius (COLUMBUS) took out all of the Gym trainers, I ended up having to rely on Sharkchomp and its Blackglasses boosted Crunch to beat Wallace's Milotic. This was the most challenging Gym battle I've ever had in any Hoenn game.

- I about to head off for Ever Grande City and Victory Road.

Time to kick the Grunt's ass again.
He's a slow learner I suppose.
Arrived at Dewford and delivered the Letter.
Went back to Rustboro to get the Exp.Share.
Bram and Zooky both evolved!
Did some more grinding for the Dewford Gym.
Saved in the Dewford Pokémon Center.

I am proud of it and happy, because it's a challenge various members of the community helped build up. From 3 Eras that the original thread had, to 14 after I took over. • Got incredibly lucky on my next catch. I still have a hard time believing it, but I caught a Heracross on my first honey tree. It took all my balls (lol) but I did catch it, and named it Heracules. Get it? HERAcross? HERAcu-Okay I'll stop.
• Absolutely destroyed Gardenia with Heracules.
• Proceeded to destroy Team Galactic as well.
• Went down the bicycle road, passed through Mt. Coronet, and entered Hearthome.
• Attempted to beat Fantina.
• Was thouroughly raped.
• Proceeded to grind for a bit.
• Saved just outside the Gym-Wish me luck!

I might have to go and do all of the eras one day. I'm quite tempted to.

Well actually I'm thinking exactly the same thing :P
I hope to have completed all Eras on both Fire Red and Emerald one day^^

Meteor Falls, Mt.Chimney and eventually Lavaridge!
Easily beat Flannery with Bram and got the Go-Goggles from Brendan.
Beat the next 2 parts of the Trick House and returned to Petalburg!
Easily beat Dad and got Surf from Wally's father.
Caught a Magnemite in New Mauville and named it Sparkle!
Sparkle grew to lvl 30 and evolved!
Got Ice Beam on the Abandoned Ship and Sludge Bomb on Dewford Island.
Bram grew to lvl 36 and evolved into Swampert!
Beat Team Aqua and Brendan at the Weather Institute.

And while going through it and updating, I realized I missed some questions along the way, like these:

1: The stance on PICKUP ability in relation to item rules?
2: Are... these rules based on Egypt stereotypes?

I apologise for the delay, but here's the answer o.o
Using a Pokémon with Pickup is completely allowed. Sure, it's a work around for the eras where you can't use the mart, but it's a Pokémon's natural ability so using a Pokémon with Pickup is perfectly fine. I actually use one as a HM slave in my Sapphire run.

And well, as far as the Egyptian Era goes, I tried keeping it the way it was suggested. I don't honestly change much to people's suggestions, unless they're REALLY wrong. So yeah, I guess it's based on stereotypes, but that's the way the person that suggested it wanted it.

Easily defeated Tate & Liza,
and kicked more Magma/Aqua ass.
Now to get Rayquaza and the last Badge.
Defeated Juan.
Now it's on to the E4!
