Alright, time for my first update!

EVENTS:​

~Started game; named myself Espeon.
~Picked Treecko as starter (named him Bullet).
~Beat Brendan and his Torchic fairly easily.
~Caught Zizgzagoon as HM/Pickup slave.
~Took FOREVER, but finaly captured Ralts on Route 102, whom I named Psyren.
~Grinded Psyren to Lv. 8.
~Reached Petalburg City; met Wally, helped him catch Ralts, etc. How come HE found one so easily? Not fair at all!
~First encounter with Team Aqua in Petalburg Woods; beat him easily.
~Arrived in Rustburo City; Got HM 01: Cut. Taught it to Ziggy.
~Beat Roxanne with some minor difficulty. Rock Tomb dealt quite a but of damage, so I had to use all my Potions. If it weren't for a lucky crtical hit in the end, I wouldn't have won.
~Defeated Team Aqua grunt and rescued Peeko/retrieved Devon Goods.
~Got a Pokenav from the President of Devon for returning said Goods. Got Steven's Letter to deliver.
~Arrived in Dewford Town thanks to hitching a ride from Mr. Briney. Delivered the letter to Steven and got HM 05: Flash from the Hiker.
~Unlike Roxanne, Brawly was defeated easily with Psyren's Confusion. The battle was literally a minute long.
~Sailed to Route 109; Bullet evolves into Grovyle.
~Arrived at Slateport City; Defeated Team Aqua at Slateport Museum.
~Delivered Devon Goods to Capt. Stern. Finally, our job as messenger is completed.
~Went to Route 110; Conquered the Trick House.
~Psyren evolves into Kirlia.
~Defeated Brendan for a second time, again, easily. He's not putting up much a fight.​

Update 3.

After beating the Trick House, I traveled further up the route to find May catching Pokemon. I took her on, easily defeating her Pokemon with Speed the Swellow. I then journeyed on an arrived in Mauville City. After grinding for a bit in the west, I went to the gym to find Wally. I destroyed his rather weak Ralts with Intellect, my Kirlia. I then went into the gym.
The gym trainers all fell to the powerful Strength the Marshtomp. They couldn't do anything to him with their electric attacks. I then took on the Mauville gym leader, Watson. He was truly easy, obliderated by the sheer strength of Strength's Mud Shot. The badge was mine! After getting Rock Smash, I went to Vendanturf Town and smashed a boulder in Rusturf Tunnel. This particular boulder was blocking the man who dug the tunnel from his girlfriend, who is apparently Wally's cousin. She asked me to stop by their house, as did Wally's uncle when I beat Wally. I also received Strength from Wally's cousin's boyfriend. I went to their small little hut in Vendanturf, and Wally said he'd get better than me. Dream on, Wally.
I went back to Mauville and went to the route to the north of it after grinding some more. I easily defeated the trainers in that house there, and then traveled on. I was challenged to a double battle with an interviewer and a cameraman. I, as they said later, "Rolled them up, flattened them, and tossed them aside," With Strength and Speed. I then travelled on, eventually reaching Fiery Path. Fiery Path was no problem, except Speed got poisoned by a Koffing. After resting up at some old lady's house, I eventually reached Fallarbor Town.
Upon reaching Fallarbor, I heard rumors of Professor Cozmo being kidnapped by suspicous figures. Sounds like Team Magma! I rushed to Meteor Falls, defeating all trainers in my path (And evolving Intellect into Gradevoir in the process!), and found Team Magma running away from Team Aqua. Archie, the leader of team Aqua, recognized me as an enemy of Team Magma and introduced themselves. However, they were in hot pursuit of Team Magma, and left. After talking to the rescued Prof. Cozmo, I traveled on to find myself in Rustboro City.

Quick update.

I am starting on Yellow for now. Named myself I, Rival is ASH.

Spoiler:

Got my Pikachu, delivered Oak's Parcel, got a Pokedex, and hacked to catch a Staryu at level 5. Beat ASH outside Viridian after a bit of grinding, and entered Viridian Forest at around level 11. Fought all the trainers and grinded up to level 17 (it took quite a while) when Staryu learns Water Gun. Easily beat Brock after that and headed out to Mt. Moon, where I hacked to catch a Growlithe, named Roar. Took me a few tries because of Roar.

Went through Mt. Moon, claimed a Helix Fossil, and put the beat down on Jessie and James.

Left Mt. Moon and headed to Cerulean City. Healed at the PC and went north to Nugget Bridge to face ASH. His Spearow owned Roar, but Staryu took care of business with Water Gun spam after Roar fainted.

I'm currently battling my way to Bill's house before taking on Misty. Just got a Charmander for HM Slaving and taught Staryu TM45 Thunder Wave.

Well, since no one has posted yet, I suppose I get to have a double post merge. Just finished my run. Gen I games go by so fast :D

Anyways, my journey went like this:

Got to Bill's house, claimed an S.S. Ticket. Went to Cerulean Gym and beat Misty, taught Staryu BubbleBeam. Through the Underground Path to Vermilion to get a Bike Voucher and complete the S.S. Anne. Taught Roar Body Slam while on the sip.

Beat ASH:

And got HM01.

Left the ship and caught a few wild pokemon for HM's and to get up to 10 for Flash. Beat Lt. Surge (Only a Raichu in yellow lol) and taught Staryu Thunderbolt. Got Flash for Oak's Aide and went to Rock Tunnel after getting a Bicycle. Once in Lavender Town, I healed and headed to Celadon. Stocked up on Fresh Water/Lemonade and taught Staryu Tri-Attack and Ice Beam, and cleared out the Rocket Hideout to get Sliph Scope. Evolved Staryu here as well after buying a Water Stone in the Dept. Store. Beat down Erica with Roar, and headed west to get Fly. Flew back to Lavender Town and scaled Pokemon Tower.

Beat ASH and Jessie and James:

Got the Poke Flute and went south to wake up Snorlax! After quite a few tries, I finally caught him, named him Grumpy. Started training him up on the way to Fuschia City. Battled all the trainers around Fuschia and got Surf/Strength in the Safari Zone. Challenged Koga as well. He was rather tough, as his pokemon are 44,44,44,50, and I was sitting around L37 for my team. His Venomoth got 6 Double Teams off, so it took a while to kill him even with max Special boosted Grumpy (Amnesia ftw).

After that, I went to Saffron and beat Team Rocket to a pulp. Taught Starmie Psychic and Snorlax Earthquake here as well. Beat ASH and Giovanni pretty easily after all the trainers in Sliph:

Went to Sabrina and Blaine next:

Abra/Kadabra/Alakazam L50. Abra just knows Flash. Epic fail there. Psywave is a fail move as well. I sold it for $2000.

Surf, Surf, and more Surf.

Went to Seafoam Islands to train Roar up to L50 to learn Flamethrower, then used a Fire Stone!

Back to Viridian for the last fight with Giovanni:

Again, Surf/Ice Beam wins.

Elite Four time!

Beat ASH before entering Victory Road:

After a long trek through Victory Road, I arrived at Indigo Plateau. Lorelei went down to Thunderbolt spam exclusively from Starmie. I forgot the screenshot :<

Bruno was easy too. Flamethrower for the fighters and Dig for both Onyx.

Forgot a screenshot for Agatha too, but I used Dig for the Gengar x2 and Haunter. Flamethrower roasted Arbok and Golbat.

Lance was pretty easy because of Starmie. Starmie only took one hit and I healed it during the fight.

  He was pretty easy. Biff took care of Primeape, Poliwrath hit DynamicPunch to take Biff down, then Fangor with a Headbutt, 2 Dragon Rages - 3HKO. Damage from being put to sleep and DynamicPunch/Surf.
  
  
• Got Fly, taught to Kenya, and Flew back to Olivine.
• Went back up the Lighthouse and healed Amphy.

  Magnemite went down to Low Kick, then Biff missed the first Low Kick against Sleelix. Iron Tail, Low Kick (flinch), Low Kick, Iron Tail KOed Biff. Fangor OHKO with Surf after a Hyper Potion. Switched to Royal, who put Magnemite down with Hypnosis+Night Shade after being paralyzed.
  
  
• Flew back to Ecruteak and made my way to Mahogany Town. Went to the Lake of Rage, killed the red Gyarados with Fangor, then talked to Lance.

  Lance was really easy. Ice Punch OWNS in this game. Biff 2HKOed Gyarados with Thunderpunch, then got really lucky and OHKOed Aerodactyl with a crit Vital Throw after Wing Attack left her with 2 HP. Charizard came in and killed Biff, then Fangor 2HKOed with Surf after a crit Hyper Beam left him with 3 HP. Dragonite killed him, then Royal came in with IOCE POINCH!!!!! OHKOed the rest of the Dragonites untouched, as you can see.

• First, I went to the Tin Tower and killed Ho-oh.

• After Surfing to Fuschia, I Flew back to Viridian for the final gym Badge.

  I was a bit underleveled, but I still beat him pretty easily. Think I had to heal once, but don't really remember. Biff was my last Pokemon though.
  
  
• Then I grinded against the E4 a few times, got my team up to L60.
• Talked to Prof. Oak, who got me into Mt. Silver.
• Climbed Mt. Silver (which is a LOT less complicated than in the Gen IV remakes).

  Really underleveled here. Had to use all four of my Max Revives. Hyper Beam missed once and Cross Chop missed twice against Snorlax, and if they had hit I wouldn't have had such a hard time. Espeon was my bane here beause Royal and Biff are both OHKO to Psychic, and Shadow Ball failed to OHKO Espeon. Royal ate Venusaur's dream for the win.

Ok, so I just cleared the Ghost place with 3 badges and I have a level 37 Raticate with Hyper Fang, Quick Attack, Dig, and Tail Whip and my level 38 Venusaur with Razor Leaf, Leech Seed, Body Slam, and Poisonpowder

Update 1:

I have gotten the first 2 badges and have gotten to Goldenrod City. I chose Totodile as my starter for the HMs. I caught a Geodude in the dark cave and got him to level 11 when he learned rock throw. I called him Rocker(Very original name:)) Sprout tower was a breeze as he 1-shotted every Bellsprout with tackle and Hoothoot with rock throw. During this time I caught a Gastly and trained him up. He was named Geng.(Another very original name:D). Rocker took out Faulkner with rock throw pretty easily and we received the Zephyr Badge.
I got to Azalea town and defeated Team Rocket. I defeated Bugsy and the bug gym with Rocker (while training Geng at the same time) and earned the Hive Badge. I went through Ilex Forest catching the Farfech'd and catching a Rattata for HMs as well. I taught Rattata cut and rock smash.
When I got to Goldenrod City I got the Radio Card and went straight to the bug catching contest. After a long while I finally caught a Scyther (Geng with hypnosis helped a lot). He was called Sciz (Most original name yet :D).

My final team was Lapras level 54 with Surf, Blizzard, Ice Beam, and Psychic, Raticate level 50 with Hyper Fang, Super Fang, Swift, and Dig, and Venusaur level 51 with Razor Leaf, Growth, Solarbeam, and Body Slam. Lapras was the MVP, while Venusaur get LVP (he's only higher than Raticate because he got more training).

Well, I assume you are using an emulator. VBA emulator, go File>Screen Capture. It will prompt a save.
