1st right, 2nd wrong. You got the ten badges from gary having ten badges, right? Well, weird thing is, Gary never actually got all the officially know badges! To those who can do math, that's at least 11 badges in kanto alone! The exact number is still guessable though....
 
I'd assume Blue(Gary) or Green whatever you want to call him. Since I vaguely remember him saying "Grandpa" gave you one too.
 
I'd assume he's right, it never talks about blue/green/Gary updating his pokedex which he's had for the longest amount of time out of all the characters.

She was the nobody from castle oblivion I believe she's Sora's daughter (to be) or something lke that
 
She is the nobody (albeit quite a special one) of both Kairi and Sora (born from Kairi's heart and Sora's body). She was a main character in Chain of Memories, and she can manipulate the memories of those connected to Sora.
