Yes, you may change any single challenge to an ultimate at any time. It doesn't take much effort on my part to move you on the list. Yes emulators are allowed. Most challenges allow the use of emulators because a lot ofr people don't like to delete their save files. I personally prefer to use real game carts, but that's personal preference.

I personally think Hoenn is the shortest region, I always finish Hoenn games within a couple of hours.
My levels are kind of high because I only used 2 Pokemon, that's probably a reason I finished so fast.

I screencapped(yes, supercard can do that) my team, now I have to find where they are, I'll put them up when I find them.

I'll do my Water mono next, I'll do them in this order: Diamond, Blue, Silver, Black 2, Sapphire. :P

Finally, Update #2 on my Grass monotype run (HeartGold - 6 badges):

It's been a bit since I last updated, so I don't remember too many details from right after Whitney, but...

-Got to Ecruteak.
-Took out all trainers from Olivine's lighthouse to the Lake of Rage. I think evolutions happened - Weepinbell, Skiploom, Gloom. Don't remember if I had Parasect yet.
-Beat rival; don't really remember that battle.
-Ecruteak gym... ugh, Morty! Another tough gym battle. I almost stalled out his Gengar's Shadow Balls, but then my Bayleef got critted, and that was the end.
-Tried battling Morty again. This time, I think he Hyper Potion'd his Gastly. And I got a Leech Seed off on Gengar. But that Hypnosis Haunter was really annoying! I think at one point, three of my pokémon were asleep since I like switching out so that Dream Eater hits one that's awake. I believe Leech Seed took this one down. And the last Haunter wasn't much of a problem. So we finally got the Fog Badge! Not as bad as Bugsy, but I think this one was a close call.

-Needed a Surfer, so I went back to the Slowpoke Well for a, well, Slowpoke. >_< Taught it Surf and Strength.
-Got to Cianwood. And a Jumpluff.
-Beat Eusine, not too difficult.
-Cianwood gym. I actually wasn't expecting Chuck to be too tough to beat. Got a Leech Seed off on Primeape before Double Team got really annoying. Had to sacrifice my Jumpluff to get that in there. Darn Rock Slide. Poliwrath though... that Body Slam is scarily strong! And a badly-timed Focus Punch crit on my Bayleef right as I was healing with Synthesis (I swear, poor Chicory's a crit magnet. D: ). Things seemed to go downhill from there (he always seems to use Focus Punch only when I'm not attacking him), but we managed to win the Storm Badge. I think a combination of PoisonPowder, Leech Seed (?), and attacks did it in.

-Went back to Olivine and cured Amphy.
-Olivine gym. Probably the gym battle that went the best (maybe aside from Falkner's). Well, not at first. Jasmine's Magnemite was annoyingly lucky. My attacks kept missing, and it got a crit Thunderbolt. So I lost Sunkern that way. :P But my Parasect avenged him. Steelix... I think I used Spore, and switched out for my Jumpluff for a Leech Seed. When it woke up, Sleep Powder. Switched back to my Parasect for Rock Smashing. Steelix did wake up once, but Iron Tail missed. It eventually went down, and I don't think it dealt any damage. The last Magnemite was no problem at all, and we won the Mineral Badge. Simple!

-Explored the cliffs and did Safari Zone stuff.
-Doing my Surf/Strength exploration currently. I forgot to do this before.
-Did the Bug-Catching contest and just won a Sun Stone! :D
-Going back to the Safari Zone because Baoba called. Don't remember if I get anything out of this, but it doesn't hurt to try. :)

Hey guys, sorry for the inactivity, but between school, karate, Boy Scouts, and the new White 2, I've had my hands full. Plus, I can't find my LeafGreen game or my DS Lite to play it. Guess it's finally time for an update on my Unova section of Elec-Mono:

Ultimate Elec-Mono Challenge:White2

- Started file, named myself Nate and my rival Hugh

- Chose Oshawott for an extra challenge against Hugh

- Made my way to Floccesy Ranch and caught a Mareep

- Did the usual events and headed back to Aspertia Gym
- Managed to beat Cheren with just a Mareep and obtained the

Basic Badge

- Headed to Virbank City and entered the Virbank Complex

- Caught a Male Elekid named "Livewire" and a Magnemite named "Magnet Man", then I decided to bench Mareep because I just used one in my first run of Black 2 back in October

- Entered the Virbank Gym and easily beat Roxie thanks to Magnemite thus netting me the

Toxic Badge

- Did the Pokestar event then took the ship to Castelia City

- Did the Sewer event then caught a Male Eevee named "Jagged"

- Trained a bit then entered Castelia Gym

- Had a rough time with Burgh but once again Magnemite saved the day giving me the

Insect Badge

- Fought Colress and made my way to Nimbasa City

- Found a Thunderstone and evolved Eevee into Jolteon

- Caught a Female Emolga and nicknamed it "Emonga" because I hate Emolga and didn't feel like giving it a nickname, I just wanted one because it was part Flying


Right now I'm just training up a bit and then it's off to beat Elesa, which I hope is easier done then said...

Alright update #1 for my ground type mono run in Emerald

-Did the normal intro stuff.
-Chose my starter which happened to be Treeko.
-Spent the next ten minutes smacking my head into the wall for not picking Mudkip but I decided to keep going anyway.
-Defeated May with Treeko.
-Did the the trip to Petalburg while skipping as many trainers as possible.
-Did the Wally part.
-Caught a Taillow on Route 104 to be my (future) fly slave.
-Skipped the trainers in Petalburg Woods (except for the Aqua guy).
-Went to the Trainer School and the Cut House in Rustboro for the items.
-Traveled east to get my first ground type-Colada the Adamant Nincada.
-Grinded Colada to Lvl 17 on the skipped trainers.
-Decided to try my luck at Roxanne.
-The two Geodudes were fairly easy but Nosepass was a pain.
- Resorted to using Treeko and Taillow as fodder so I could heal Colada.
-However in the end I defeated her and recieved the Stone Badge.
-Then did the second Devon task and the May battle.
-Boarded the boat to Dewford Town and saved when I got there.
