... doesn't actually exist. Yeah Unova might have been lucky enough to get a Dream World but that's got nothing on a proper safari.

Let's say you were in charge of designing it. What Pokémon would you put in the Safari Zone? Where would you put it? Would you design it like a friend safari, the original safari, hgss' version, dppt version etc. What secrets would your Safari hold? What characters would be involved in it? Feel free to draw a map, too!

    Put :t025:Pikachu:t025: in definitely ^^ ^^.

    Pika Pika :chu:

I would design it as a conventional Safari Zone, I'm not a huge fan of the Friend Safari so I would keep it simple. I would probably put Pokemon like Absol and Heatmor in there, the reason for Heatmor being there is that it's one of the only half decent Fire types in Unova and the player can only catch on in Victory Road, by which time you would usually have a whole team.

I would design it as a regular safari zone because I never liked the gimmicky ones... except obviously the Pokémon would completely chnage every season, because seasons were a thing. I might put it up near Anville Town to give more people a reason to visit, or somewhere in eastern Unova~

Anville is SUCH a good place to have it. Legitimately you would go there just for it. Like in Kalos - you completely ignore Kiloude, or you would... if it didn't have the Friend Safari. Maybe taking a train from Anville could take you to a safari. Ooh maybe daily. So let's say you take the train to a different safari every day and the safari depends on which train you take. If that doesn't happen in remakes I will be sad :(

Oh that would be so cool! Give the trains more limelight and purpose. :') Maybe there would be a few trains and like, they each take you through different terrain or feature habitats specifically for certain types at different stops?

That would be awesome! There could be a swampy area, a more volcanic area (for the fire types), and maybe some kind of plain that could house the electric types and such.

I agree, a Safari would have been a better addition rather than that online gimmick they had going for it. A regular safari with a certain number of steps and of course, the changing of seasons. It could have been an addition post-game, but I suppose someone dropped the ball on that one. Ah well, it's a nice dream.

Exactly, very frustrating for those who also have trouble doing online stuff with their DS/3DS like myself. A normal Safari Zone is always a great addition and is one of my favorite parts of the games.

HG/SS style safari. You get to use Safari Balls. It would be near the Moor of Icirrus on Route 8, and have Gible, Cubone, Pichu, Snubbull and lots of others in it that vary by season (like Ice-types in the Winter).
Hmmmm yeah I could see it there. Nobody really remembers that place exists so it's a good reason to come back to it!
A Safari Zone would be a cool way to have pre-gen 5 Pokémon available in Unova in a way that makes sense for them to be there.

Anville is a pretty interesting place for it to be but I'm gonna say Undella Town. That way, it can also act as an aquarium and be next to or maybe even combined with the Marine Tube.

I think Humilau would be better due to the fact that it already gives off a sea world vibe. A safari off the side where Terrakion rests would fit in nicely imo

I can dig it. I thought Undella so maybe the town could be spruced up a little bit, but Humilau already has that "come visit us, tourists!" kinda vibe to it so it'd be a really nice fit there, too.
