Isn't it weird that even though Chatot's Sp. Attack is higher, it gives out Attack EVs?

8/10 Yes! I've always found this very odd o3o But I guess its because the SpA is only really used for Chatter? :3 I honestly thought it should give Speed, not attack or SpA xD

Isn't it weird that Magnemite, despite being constantly in the air, is affected by Ground type moves?

Yeah, I don't get why it didn't get Levitate.

Isn't it weird that Psyshock is a Special move but it does more damage on opponents with a lower Defense stat, not Sp. Defense?
