THose ppl are real professors under PCL.

PUI is not important, PCL is important.

I have said that JAPAN is DEFINITELY banning ADV and ALL BEFORE,
which counts as anything before "FRLG" in USA.

If they don't ban the same thing, that would be a great big joke you know!
 
No, I'm not. I think that YOU ARE, tho. I'm not saying that it WON'T be FRLG-on, I'm just being skeptical and keeping my options open about deck ideas for the next format, given the high number of rumors floating around the internet. In fact, the TATM-on idea was STARTED by WPM. HL-on was started by Mike and Dave. Again, look through the Gym for random tidbits about format shifts, all 4 of em post there regularly. Also, if you have access, get to the Prof forum and poke around for an hour or two. Until something is officially announced, it's all rumors to me.

lol, I'm not a professor and I would spread no rumours or opinions. I don't even play!

It is just that PCL is banning ADV and before, which counts as all before FRLG.
I'm just posting that. Now, come on, don't make a fuss on me. I'm not like saying "everyone believe me" or something like that.
But the way you rejected other people's opinion is quite strong.

Well well well, at least, Japanese rule is banning ADV and all before, so, you think of a chance that USA is not following Jp.

TCG world's going to be a mess if USA=/=Jp anyway...in my opinion...
 
Um......I've been stuck away from any leagues for a while...are there any sets that are already banned? I'm surprised that they're banning any of them.........I've been wondering lately why there are so many cards in the new sets that basically do the same thing as cards in the older sets (Here Comes Team Rocket, Mewtwo EX, etc.)...Is that why? Have the older sets been banned from tournaments!??

Premier level...? Do you mean that there's a level that DOESN'T have those sets banned......? (Like I said, I've been "disconnected" from official tournaments for a LONG time...)

...BTW, aren't the only energies available in those sets right now all from RS (other than the holographic energies)?

Oh, yeah, and as far as the promos go, does that include the ones from the very beginning or have they restarted counting?
 
Basic Energy is Basic Energy, and you can use ANY Basic Energy in ANY deck. Doesn't matter what format the deck is for.

Premier level tournaments are the Citys/States/Stadiums/Gyms/Nationals/Worlds track, and those MUST be Modified. Anything local is non-Premier, and can be any format under the sun.

They restarted once WOTC lost the lisence, about 2 years ago.
