Actually, at that point, it was impossible for the mafia to win with Bigby still alive. We had no way to kill him, and he had a kill each night. Not to mention that he still had two hits left, and he gained a new ability with each hit taken, so he would've just gotten stronger if we'd hit him again.

Not caring doesn't mean it wasn't a bad play. It still was. It's just that you add game throwing on top of it at that point, lol.
 
Ngl I'm sitting here seeing Naku answer all the questions to these specific game mechanics and can't help but feel he had an intrinsically unfair advantage in this game.

Especially with then managing to get a near-immortal role.
 
Well there's the fact that I live with Nimsy and have already talked with her about all of the mechanics after the fact.

Literally the only things I've said that either weren't common knowledge or knowledge the mafia had are the fact that the jailbreak was planned since the start, Bigby got extra abilities each time he was hit, and that Johnny's knife was fabbed.

Yeah, I figured there'd be a jailbreak from the start since I kept suggesting it to her (as she was initially making the game), as it had been a mechanic I'd wanted in DNM. Didn't know when it would happen or if she still planned to do it, so oh well. The other two things were facts that it didn't make a difference with me knowing after said players were dead.

So, check yourself.
 
Knowing the mechanics+roles for more than what is listed here is clearly an advantage. IIRC you seemed* to know that underlings get abilities when freed, which wasn't common knowledge/included in the OP. So js that in the future I think someone who has helped make a game should not then be playing said game ><.

So I'm not sure what I need to check about myself :c.
 
I didn't know that they got abilities when freed beforehand. I did know that their votes didn't count, but not because Nimsy told me. I was able to reason that out, among various other things, by actually reading the game and looking at its balance.

The only things I "helped make" was the css (mine entirely) and some of the balancing, such as the fact that Bloody Mary was truly unkillable before I suggested her being able to die due to Bigby. Which was also then listed in the op and was public knowledge.

Sooooo . . . nope, all good on my end.
 
Yeah I don't like how you knew I got extra abilities, I didn't until I got the first one. Out of curiosity Nimsy what would I have gotten on my other hits. And why couldn't you hit me naku?

Also I think this is one the best Mafia in some time, it was great fun although I feel the Mafia had an advantage from the start and still salty from my GM death
 
You did apparently admit to never reading the phase posts, so I guess you continued by not reading the part where I said "after the fact." Obviously I knew when you started killing people every night, and Nimsy told me why afterwards.

And we couldn't hit you because we had a low mafia kill success rate at that point, and it would have been even lower if we went after you. We tried once, but didn't pursue it afterwards.

I never admitted that, but I normally won't read the sign up post till I get a role. Also I have no idea wha you mean by this whatsoever
 
Gotta admit, I play a lot of those games IRL. But this here was kinda over my head, like These last posts were a lot like, ":Wait Bloody mary became super sayan? wait Bigsby got abbilities, Naku cant hit Bigsby (anymore)? The maffia was losing at the end?" and more of those questions.
Not gonna lie, the last day, I completely lost all my understanding, so I just did what someone I trusted said was smart. ;P

That's what Naku was explaining. He didn't know until he figured it out when you were hit.

Yes you did admit it, in the UG Skype chat towards the beginning of the game.
