Lucario, Entei, Suicune, Raikou, Zigzagoon and Smeargle. Of course, the beasts knows it by event, a special move for R/S Box zigzagoon and Smeargle learns every move except chatter. Arcanine and Lucario are the only ones who learns it by level.

Crush Claw on Entei is pretty awesome considering it has no claws and can still use it. That requires skill.
