Arcanine or Manectric, both of them are the only Wolves that are very close. Manectric is the only Wolf Pokemon that isn't a combination, just Wolf. Arcanine though is Lion and Tiger also. Arcanine is a Shisa...

The hell? I don't see anything from a Coyote in Raikou. Sure you didn't made that up?

And you always have wikipedia along your side, haven't you?
 
wolflare, we discussed this little brother we cannot have a pokemon in the wolves hideout jusst because we want it to be, we have to live up to the facts, and I searched bulbapedia and it states ...well, here's what it said!

Origin

Raikou's appearance resembles the tiger with its stripes and coat color. However due to its extremely long canine teeths, some suspect it is based on the extinct feline sabertooth tiger.

I'm srry but entei and suicune CAN stay, but as for raikou, he honestly doesn't belong here...I put this motion in to action, who seconds it? lolz
 
But I don't see similaritites (lol spelling?) between Raikou and a coyote with their character too.

*sigh* I don't even like Raikou at all, lol. I am just saying, Raikou's body appearance is closer to a canine, maybe not a Coyote though. Again, Bulbapedia isn't the only site I went to... You shouldn't believe everything Bulbapedia says, lol. Oh, see ya Wave. D:

A tigers body is slender, Raikou's is more tough, and stiff. Plus, cats has collapsible skeletons.

but I see no resemblace AT ALL seein ghow it looks like a wolf or canine for that matter...the coloring is like a tiger, the fangs are like a saber tooth, the tail, the black sharp cat-like ears, the blue thing by its face looks like whiskers, the claws look tiger/lion like, I see no appearance of a wolf at all...and the bosy shape IS like a tiger...and yes, I know there are more sources than bulbapedia...but there are more facts behind words, and that's your eyes and background knowledge...if you know what I mean...

Wow...that took a lot of energy out of me...lolz (BTW, I'm not being mean, I'm just stating a point, that is all...)

And Raikou's body looks more feline for sure.

Wolflare you said it haas a body close to a canine, and in the anime when Raikou appeared for those three episodes...it seemed pretty Slender to me, rather than stiff...and that picture that you posted doesn't help because it reminds me even MORE of raikou being a tiger rather than a wolf...ha ha...this debate is making me laugh for some odd reason...
 
Yes, though I thought I ended this. Everyone already voted for Raikou to stay in, 6-4. Unless you want to do this again. I think I might leave the hideout because I don't want to spend my entire day searching up things on why they are Wolves. I spend time on this and it all goes to waste, no one notices. I took away time from my school work to do this, and now I am behind because of this. I might even leave the PC for a little so I can catch up on school again. I am thinking that now, and I am just coming back to do the tourney battles. I just am mad because I spent all my time to do this, and all of it goes to waste, lol. Anymore of this, I just might leave... I am sorry, but I spend too much time here, and no one appreciates it.

I agree...this has to stop...I cannot lose a good friend like Wolflare, he has done so much...why can't we decide on what to do and end this plz? I do not want a good active member and a best friend...MY VERY FIRST friend on PC to leave...NO WAY!!! This needs to STOP NOW...
