Get the Tweak Network plug-in. It makes your internet a little faster.

Edit: Finished coloring the text on Member List.

That's the correct plug-in. Download and install it, open the Tweak Network settings and click on the "Power" button.

Also, the new text color on the member list looks good now!

Yeah, it IS possible that it's because you're using IE7.... I (and a lot other people) are using Firefox.
