We did have a tournament before that was for only Wolf Pokemon.

Yup. The only thing Manaphy is good at is Heart Swapping.

If I had the chance to vote, I'll vote the Latis to be real Ubers.

Lol, Manaphy is Uber mainly for the reason he can use Rest and automatically wake up the next turn if it is raining due to his Ability. He also receives Tail Glow and Calm Mind, making him a sturdy but fast sweeper.

Of course. =3 This Internet only takes 1 or a half of a second to load a page. 8D At my house it takes around 30 seconds to load.
