You totes should. I hope you did it.

Surprisingly nice day at work today, found out that I'll be getting some theatre tickets with my bonus this year.

Guess it's time for a cheeky screwdriver or two and then some anime.

Also has a song ever made you want to play a game or watch a film?

263. I found out through the rumor mill my annual profit-sharing check is likely going to be 1/6th the size of last year's because a major business of ours that we were a leader in for years ended up with too much competition because other companies saw how much we and others were making and wanted a piece of the pie, too.

My supermarket subbed a £3 tube of men's moisturiser for a £30 wimmenz one on my online shop. Would you call them?

Also why the fuck do women buy £30 moisturiser. There's no way this will work £27 better than my usual one.

271. I'd consider it but it might not be worth the effort and cost to return it if it was an online shop.

Also holy hell those are expensive moisturizers. I can usually get through at least a couple months on just a single 2.5oz (71g) tube and that usually runs me like $2 US. Though I also don't actually have any skin conditions (just dry winter air and probably washing my hands too often) so there's that.

I'll call them in the morning. I think you're probably right though, it'll mean they have to send a van and driver and probably other faffing around on their system.

You're lucky, I get through quite a bit. About 18 months ago my skin spontaneously decided to go to war with work's air conditioning. Seriously, have to moisturise up to my elbows if I decide to go short sleeved.

Well I was working crazy hours last year ranging from 50-60 a week so I've pretty much maxed out what I could get from this job. But now that I've made career I get less hours ranging from 40-50. But I do get that sweet sweet 5% matching contribution to my TSP/401k :P

It's weird since I keep on railing against the conservative fever dream in healthcare about high deductibles, but here I am trying it out by getting a $1.5k deductible health plan with an HSA with an HMO LMAO even though I had the Blue Cross/Shield option if I wanted to

275. 5% is nice. My employer's matching for my 401k caps at 3%. My contribution is being automatically increased by 1% a year until it hits 10% because of the contract with Wells Fargo, but for me that's not gonna be a big hit as when the increases started last year, I was already at 6%. It's going to be 8% for 2018.

50-60 hour weeks on the regular are ew, though. I can do like one of those every other month. though the last two weeks for me were both 47 hours and I've got a likely 50 hour one in two weeks, plus at least one 50+ hour one back in December

That's quite a high deductible plan. Mine isn't anywhere near that high, iirc, but I'd have to find my plan information to confirm that. IDK. I know my plan is damn good, though.
