I'd just like to say this:

Except for the Master Ball and Love Ball, the Dusk Ball currently makes every single other ball useless in terms of high capture rates. It has a 4x rate at night, so the only way that any other ball can surpass it right now is if a Pokemon cannot be found at night. (AFAIK there aren't any.)

I'd like to see some types of Poke Balls with a catch rate of over 4x, or have the Dusk Ball's effectiveness lowered to say 3x so other balls like the Timer Ball actually have a use.
