Palette Ball: 4x capture rate when used on Gen I Pokemon
Ancestry Ball: 4x capture rate when used on Gen II Pokemon
Exotic Ball: 4x capture rate when used on Gen III Pokemon
Warp Ball: 4x capture rate when used on Gen IV Pokemon
and when gen V comes out, their'll be one for that.

I'd just like to say this:
Except for the Master Ball and Love Ball, the Dusk Ball currently makes every single other ball useless in terms of high capture rates. It has a 4x rate at night, so the only way that any other ball can surpass it right now is if a Pokemon cannot be found at night. (AFAIK there aren't any.)
I'd like to see some types of Poke Balls with a catch rate of over 4x, or have the Dusk Ball's effectiveness lowered to say 3x so other balls like the Timer Ball actually have a use.

They should create a cloud ball, if we ever get the feature of controlling your pokemon when it flies, then that ball should exist.

League ball: Capture rate increases by 0.5 depending on the number of badges you have, the max capture rate is 5x (it starts off wiht 1x capture rate before you get your first badge.)
Champ Ball: reaches max capture rate when you've beaten the E4 10 times, max=5x
