Things left out of the Pokemon anime

After years of watch the anime, i've noticed that they left some thing out of the anime such as:

    -TM's and HM's
    -Porygons's evo's
-Elite Four members Will, Karen, Sidney, Phoebe, and Glacia
    -Some of the hold items
    -Wally from RSE
    -The Rocket Executives (GSC)
-And some rival characters like the Johto rival, Brandon, Lucas, and the Sinnoh rival.

well, TMs and HMs seem to be pointless in the anime, as pokemon learn moves in a different way. Porygon and its evos have been quietly hidden, ever since the electric soldier porygon seizure problem. championships are between trainers, so i think elite 4 is really just a title in the anime. hold items - it might look a bit weird if they actually have a pokemon eating a berry in the middle of a battle. Wally appeared in the manga, i believe, but was rejected by the anime. ithink all these other characters were just left out because they would have made the anime very confusing, with about 20 more characters to keep track of.

We got Drew instead of Brandon and Zoey instead of Lucas.
This is because the contest rivals had to be women, and not RUGGED MANLY MENMEN.
Yes, Drew counts as a woman. He trains some of the girliest Pokémon, has one of the girliest voices for a guy in the anime, and is flat-out annoying. His redeeming quality is his Flygon...>.>

i think he's talking about things that were in the games

and religion would have been a bad move - I, as an atheist, would probably not watch it if it carried religious messages

I'm no atheist but I agree puting religion into it would but a lot off people of the anime beside its already caused a lot of contravercy with fundemintilist christins over the "evolving" factor and and been banned from all muslium country's

ps. sorry about the spelling lol

The Johto Rival is in the Manga called Silver and you do see him in the Opening of Pokemon Crystal Japanese of the episode of Legend of Raikou (here its called Pokemon Chronicles) but only for 1 second you see him. You do see Brandon aswell but like a glimpse of him I beleive he was show in Movie 6 op fighting against someone and in movie 7 they hsowd him again but not for long and of course we dont have Shinnoh rival but I belive he is in the Manga

Wally: Well after introducing the fact Max will go back for his Ralts from "I hear a Ralts" he has become Wally's counterpart in the anime. I think they left out Wally because a sick little boy going on a dangerous journey would be irresponsible and since the show is targeted at kids they didnt want controversy (again). Silver, yes is seen briefly in Legend of Thunder, but Jimmy also mentions that he's trainer to protect the kids of New Bark from getting harassed, presumably by Silver. Brendan has had 3 cameos but in 2 of them he's at the Battle Tower meaning he's a competitive Battler, something Ash is not, that' why we never see him. It would have been nice to have a Chronicles episode or 2 devoted to him though. Lucas is the same as Brendan, just getting introduced in the last movie. The Elite 4s of Hoenn and Johto were never really important. Johto's E4 might not exist as the anime is past that timeframe and Lorelei and Agatha are still E4 members. I do have a feeling though that we might see Glacia in Snowpoint City with Candice.

    They never mentioned these:
    The Celadon Superstore
    "Cut" and "Flash"
    Most TMs and HMs
    Day and Night Pokemon!
    The Breeding Centre of Gold/Silver.
The invasion of Silph Company -
I would have liked to see Ash take down Team Rocket's boss!
The Haunted Marowak of Pokemon Tower (Would have liked to see that!)
    Super-Nerds
    Dome and Helix fossils
    The Evolutionary Stones

At least they transfered the maid cafe from DP.
That episode was amazing, along with the stereotypical otakus visiting the cafe.

They never allowed the "kintama ojisan" (the Nugget giving man) on air, though it's quite understandable why ;)

It´s true.. They never mentioned a lot of stuff.. instead they give us stupid fillers -.-

They never show TM because they learn moves normally.
EX. Charizard could never learn steel wing, without a tm, but he can used it, its just a matter of training.

Porygon and its evo are never shown because of the famous banned episode.

For Will and Karen, they were never shown because Johto was a bunch of Fillers, and barely made sense once they trash the GS ball idea

    Hold items, were shown.
Remember Pilitoed, it evovle through ash's KIng's rock
    Spoiler:

The rocket Excutives were shown in the Mwetwo returns.
And the rockets were barely even shown (except the trio)
they focused, on the region's "evil" team.

Fillers that are better than the game's story line. Why do you think PokéSpecial isn't as popular as the so called "inferior" animé.

Anyway, they already mentioned the evolutionary stones. Nugget Bridge isn't even important in the games. It would've been ridiculous for them to add Silph Co. because it would've been very early and there was no reason to go to Saffron.

And to add on to what Beware of Dark Lugia, If you actually start following the
Animes since Battle Dimension, They start to create Mini-arcs, which they use the character in the "fillers", and give them personality, not like in the past region.

Yeah, but earlier fillers were causing a lot of problems, especially in Johto. They could have easily replaced some of the fillers with "new Generation" rival episodes. Jimmy and Marina could have shown up once or twice a season to give us a look at a new pokemon and then challenge Ash at the Silver League. And Brendan could have replaced Gary in AG where Ash had no rivals until the Hoenn League. I have to say, DP is handling the fillers properly by expanding them into multiple-episode arcs or relating to the games, but they missed out on a lot that they wont be able to get back.
