thinking about changing my idea on PokéCommunity Forums

around this time last year I LOVED PokéCommunity Forums... today I am starting to HATE it!!! I have been TOTALLY ignored the last SEVERAL posts I have been posting!!! especially in Q&A help threads... I am starting to dislike PokéCommunity Forums now... people are treating me like I am NOT there!!! just to let you all know!!!

Sometimes people don't know the answer and can't really help any further (which is the case in Black and White's quick questions). You just need to be patient, and after 24 hours ask your question again. Besides, quick questions is inactive normally, so even getting one reply is pretty low. ;x

Nica is right. Sometimes, people just don't know the answer to your questions. Though, if I may make a suggestion, chill out when asking them. You ask them in a panicked, rude manner (with tons of CAPS LOCK and !!!!) which, at least for me, makes me think "what a prick, I don't want to help him." So perhaps, if you went about it better, that might help. I can't be the only person that thinks that lol. And Team Fail is also right. You'll have your highs and lows here. It happens to all of us, members and mods alike.

Your post was also the last post on one page, and someone posted a different question that started a new page. Most people don't go back to the previous page after a new one's started. I know I don't unless I know I missed something, and in quick question threads - despite the fact that it's unlikely the last page ended in a question being answered, I hardly ever go back a page.

Look at your posts afterwards:

What??? Is my question dead to you guys???!!! you guys go on without ANY courtesy to answer my question and are already on the next page!!! I feel that the only way my question will be answered now is to post it again!!!

I have NEVER heard of C-gear skins expiring!!! nor ever had that happen!!! I earned the Reshiram C-Gear Skin in Pokémon White, I would like it in Black instead... but you get the Zekrom mystery gift in Black so I am unsure if I can use it in Black... does anybody know???

Why in the hell would anyone reply to you if you're rude in the way you structure your replies? Look, we get you're frustrated that your question wasn't answered, but even when someone replied to it, you responded in an accusatory way. Look at your last post, it's as if you're saying "You're wrong how dare you suggest something like that that never happened!!!!!!!!!"

You really need to calm your tits when you post, because you sound so damn rude 3/4 of the time, especially when you're looking for an answer to something.

The reason why I didn't answer you sooner is because I didn't understand the question, I left and answer others because I thought someone else might. It's also unfortunate that Quick Questions became very active that hour.

Unfortunately the forums seem like they honestly haven't been very social lately. There are also issues with certain sections of the forum being chock full of hilarious passive aggressive elitism. (The art section comes to mind. -_-)

On the other hand, there are certain parts of the forum that are extremely social (Roleplay Corner comes to mind, probably credited to it's nature.)

I could post a wall trying to explain exactly /why/ people are doing this, but the point would be that me knowing nor you knowing gives us the power to change it. The only thing that can change this is people changing themselves, because it's definitely a widespread individual problem.

I agree to that, when I was on DLoA (staff leave) lately I could barely find places that seemed friendly or exciting to post in. Though, I would go on other forums and I would manage just fine. It feels like people are so strict to the rules, and reporting everything that some of us lose sight of the fact that PC is supposed to be fun.

Though, I understand that some areas and threads are just somewhat inactive, that thread that Justin got so mad in, for one. Justin if you want a quicker answer, using Google is often a lot quicker that relying on PC or any other forum when you have in-game questions. Most of them you will eventually get an answer here, but sometimes you have to wait days or longer. :/

I don't see why I should reply to someone who is rude and thinks they are above everyone. Have a little respect and courtesy and then maybe, people will interact with you as you so wish.​

The forums are plenty friendly, and not nearly as 'passive agressive' or 'Elitist' as previously stated.

Remember Justin, the forum doesn't revolve around you, or any other one person. If you weren't answered, then too bad, it happened. Move along. You could have deleted your post and reposted on the new page if you wanted.
