Question: This keeps happening....

Is there a certain time limit on how long you can be on a certain page before you get logged off of PC? Because every once in a while I'll leave a long update on Challenges or in Travel Journals and it takes too long and logs me off, then twice it's deleted what I said, with some times leaving up what I tried to post before. I really hate it when this happens, so is there a certain time limit I have on posting???......

Edit: I mean, I leave a long post, then when I hit send half the time it logs me off and deletes what I said, occasionally not deleting my post. It's very annoying and Imd like to beat the clock please.....

When you log in do you click on Remember Me? If I don't click on that when I log in I get logged out randomly sometimes but if it's clicked you should be fine.

Are you permanently logged in? That is, when you type in your info, do you tick the 'Remember Me' box before you click the login button?
If you do nothing for a while (about 10-15 minutes in my experience) while not permanently logged in, it'll log you out by default.

If you for one reason or another don't want to tick the "remember me" box, say if you're on someone else's computer or so, you can keep the Who's Online tab open :3 It auto-refreshes so you won't be logged out no matter how long you are inactive on PC in other tabs.

Like for instance, I'm here at work currently, avoiding my responsibilities killing some free time for like 5-10 minutes and if I get some later on in the day(like an hour from now or something) it'd be nice to not be logged in but also at that same time not permanently be logged in unless I press the log out button(something I frequently forget to do!).

You could always just not tick the Remember Me box. That's kind of a super specific situation :x

As long as you don't click on Remember Me, you will be logged out eventually(I think it's a half hour or so of inactivity), and won't have to worry about it!

Work or school or a friends house or any public place would leave me not wanting to check the remember me box. They also would have different lengths I wouldn't mind the auto log out being. Like if I was at the library or school it wouldn't be so bad for it to be 15 minutes because I'm going to have more free time. If its work or a friends house I'd prefer like an hour because I'm going to have less free time. I mean I suppose I CAN just log out but I don't always remember.
