Giga Drain. Overall more useful. Leech Seed is really only better for longer battles and competitive play. Neither of which I particularly care for.

Touch decision here....But I have to say 5th Gen Pokemon, there was some interesting Pokemon here & there, as well as some quite powerful Pokemon. (Sorry 3rd Gen)
