    • The lengthy speech. A speech can't go on for a week, as anxiety-inducing as it would be, the length of time would have to be measured in minutes or hours. The reality show would draw out my unhappiness for a much longer period. Also a big crowd of people coming to hear a speech in person will be less than the amount of people all around the world who could be watching you on television, and when I botch it up it will be captured on camera forever.

    No food to eat for 24 hours or no sleep for 24 hours.
