That is one proud cat. Suicune has grace, Entei has wisdom, and Raikou has courage. That's how I've always looked at it.
 
But raikou is not a cat he's a dog! That's why they are called the legendary Dogs

I'm contradicting to you this time. Raikou is based on the sabre-tooth tiger, and tiger is a cat. Sorry.

Entei is based on lion, Suicune from a wolf. And lions, tigers and wolves are beasts.

So therefore they are called "Legendary Beasts".

Lets see 'ere......Magneton can release about 10,000 volts when using a strong electric attack.

I'm not actually sure . . . but, what I do know is, that Jolt's electric attacks hurt . . . a LOT. That's what counts in my mind.

Well, my Thunder Wave clocks in at about 10,000, and that's a low-intensity Move based more on incapacitation that damage. So, I'd say 10,000 at minimum. Though, as a Raichu, I could probably push it a lot higher if I tried. I'd also knock myself out in the process, or likely set something on fire.
