This theme definitely looks awesome. I highly doubt that the admins won't accept it. If it makes its way to PC, I'd definitely use it.

I think it's great too~ The only thing that irks me is the orientation of the text in the header image. I don't really like how they're all cramped up in the corners leaving that big space in the middle, but that's just me.
Aside from that, everything else is great! I really like the icons and tone, very pretty. *w*
