To Be a Stadium Master

I sat down in a desk near the front and looked around the classroom. It was nicely kept, just like the dorm room was.
 
I walked into the classroom. I saw the girl who was next to my dorm. I sat next to her. "Hi. My name's Emily." I said in a whisper.
 
As Maya finished setting out supplies, she took a moment to look out the window...where she noticed a magnificent looking Rapidash boarded up in the stables. "He's so beautiful...and he reminds me of Master Ash's Ponyta, Epona..."

"Pika pi pi Pikapi chu!" Lita begged.

"Sing the song I wrote about Epona? Okay..." and Maya began to softly sing as she worked:

Epona, Epona, come out here by me...
As long as I see you out here, I never shed lonely tears.

Tell me now, Epona, since you're here with me...
We shall rest here together, and our dreams will grow!

However, as wind blows and rain becomes like snow...
As the fire of dawn comes again...
The moon, it is setting now, rising is the sun...
Along with its bright light, you return...

Epona, Epona, come out here by me...
As long as I see you out here, I will never shed a tear.

Tell me now, Epona, since you're here with me...
Listen, please, for I will sing, the song of this time!

"Per...." Serena purred, contented by her master's voice.

"Pika..." Lita sighed. "Pika pika pikachu..." she complained, "playing" an imaginary guitar to illustrate her point.

"It doesn't sound the same without the guitar, you say?" Maya laughed....
 
"oh, hi Im Nichole," I said in reply
 
OOC: E&U's a quitter. Just kidding. This is fast.

Silver walked up to a building. He was away from his family, and happy. He took a deep breath and flung the door's open. "Silver's here! Let's start the torture!
 
'I dont know, but whatever it is it should be fun," I said back
 
OOC: sorry, been sick and still am...
IC: *releases his gengar*
Gengar, transport us to the tournament...
*they arrive at the tournament*
Alright, Gengar Return!
*goes off to the ruby dorm*
 
"I hope we get to battle soon, my pokemon are itching for one," I say, looking anxiously around the room.
 
OOC: same here
IC: I smile at the girl and think about how I was finally here. We really have come a long way, I thought to myself.
 
When all the trainers had arrived, Maya stood up and addressed the trainers "Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Pokemon Stadium! I'm glad that you guys were able to come and learn a little bit about what it's like to be on the Pokemon Stadium circuit...not only will you be learning valuable battle skills, but you'll also get the chance to use those skills in a Staduim tournament!" She was about to say more when the screen began to break up and turn into static. "Also, Pokemon Master Ash has a very special message for you guys..." At this, she stepped aside and watched as the image of Ash blipped onscreen.

"Greetings trainers...I also extend my welcome to you and my best wishes to you as well..." Ash began. "Pokemon Stadium has had its share of memorable matches, great trainers, and great Pokemon that will forever be remembered...and as I look upon each one of you this morning, I see what may be the next generation of great trainers.

Therefore, listen to what Maya and the Gym Leaders have to teach you--their wisdom will serve you well--in Pokemon Stadium, and in every battle you face!" With that, the image on the screen returned to a starry background...
 
I watch and listen as the pokemon master talked to us but I soon grew bored. talk talk talk, I thought, I want to battle
 
*stood by the battle arena waiting impaitently to battle* Come on.. Hurry up!!
